Food was great, the atmosphere was ok, the waitress at our table seemed new but sweet.... The others helping her were not good at service. I'm sure they were tired on Father's Day. I'll try the place one more time and see if the service is better if not I won't go back.

Normally I would give it 4 stars. It's usually pretty good food even though the salsa is very mild. The main reason for the negative review is that they shut their kitchen down 30 minutes early. If you close your kitchen early then change your hours to reflect it. We were very disappointed getting turned away at 8:30.

We went there last time we were in Gladewater and the server was great, along with the food. This time food was still good but server couldn’t crack a smile the entire time. Never offered to take the dirty plates after meal when serving dessert! First name started with A. Reflects on customer experience for sure.

The crunch wrap was soggy I made it wrong. The first time I had to send it back my child. Do not eat it soggy I got a. chimichanga it was so hard you couldn't cut it. The queso is literally like colored water. The french fries have no flavor. It's horrible. I was going to take the guacamole home to my husband because I can't eat it and they stick it on a hot metal plate. That's food poisoning. My child's sour cream and guacamole is put on the hot metal plate. Yeah, I won't be back in place. Just nasty. There's hot sauce all over the picture of the machine that the Mexican cokes are in. Doesn't look like anybody washed it off and a year. Employee she knew nothing or what she was doing. And the manager wasn't even there to talk to. should've known better when there was no other customers there and they see us at a table with chips under it and nobody's even swept

So disappointed the wait was awful the waitress was rude the other lady that's always working the whole restaurant had to finally get us our ticket and to go boxes the food was definitely not that good my family eats there but I think they think they're saving money
I just spent 10 minutes standing at front counter trying to place my order to go. The 2 waitresses made eye contact with me and then went in the back and sat down. They weren’t even busy. I’m done eating here. Disrespect me by not even taking my order. I can spend my hard earned money elsewhere, obviously they don’t want my business. Go somewhere else where they appreciate their customers time and money!
