Our Writers Group was in town for a retreat and needed breakfast for 2 days. They had our food ready for a early pick up and Patricia gave us a good deal for the amount of people that attended. The biscuits were HUGE, FLUFFY and not dry. Thanks again for working with us.
Big Cup Eatery is one of those hometown gems you just have to love! Their homestyle meatloaf special is amazing — my wife absolutely loves it, and we make a point to stop in whenever it’s on the menu. The food always tastes fresh and homemade, and the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming every time. When they have that meatloaf special, do yourself a favor and go try it — you won’t regret it!

I ordered the fajita omelet & the steak literally melted in my mouth!!!! It was cooked to PERFECTION!
The only reason I left a star off was due to the dryness of the overall omelet. It could've used more cheese & some flavor to compliment the amazingly cooked steak bites!!
Service was pleasant, the young ladies were beyond sweet! I'd dine again & make a few adjustments to amplify the omelet experience 🥰

Went here and there didn’t seem to be too many people there, but restaurant was totally disorganized, servers were bickering, management clearly didn’t care at all. Manager told us it would be a while to be seated, even though several tables were open. Then she just wandered off. Overheard several people inside complaining and asking who their server was. Just seemed like a bad scene and poor leadership by manager. So we bailed after waiting 20 minutes or so. It looked like a lock for a bad time.

Would not come back, waited for our food for an hour, waitress never came back to our table after placing our order until we had to go to the front to ask about our food, horrible service, food was just okay, not worth the hassle 2/10

We had a one night stay in Glen Rose. Seeing the reviews, we landed here for breakfast. If you want just good ‘ol bacon and eggs, this isn’t your place. Well, unless you want to pay $13 for it. They have one plate with eggs, meat, and pancakes. We asked if we could sub toast instead (clearly a financial savings for them). The servers response was “noooooo, it comes with PANCAKES”. In summary, the service was ok, the food was ok, and even the coffee was just ok (a marker for any diner). It fueled us enough for hiking and dinosaur hunting.
Not good. Service was friendly but very slow. Food is OK at best. EVERYTHING in that restaurant needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Everything you touch is sticky, it’s pretty gross. The caddy’s that hold the jelly packets, ketchup, salt and paper etc needs to be emptied and ran through the dishwasher. This should be standard.i went here a few years ago and it was way better than it is now. Give your staff some side work and cleaning to do and they really need to increase speed when it comes to serving the drinks and food. Wont be going back any time soon.
It's just a great place all together...Foods always great, always seated quickly, never have to wait on the server, friendly staff.
Well the food was really good. Had chicken fried steak. It was awesome. The meat was a good size and it wasn't battered to death. In my book it's a do over.
