We haven't been in years and as we saw it was under new ownership/managers, thought we would give them a shot. The chicken nuggets were hot and fresh, however they had a weird sponge rubbery texture. Hubby's fries were fresh. I started to order cheese tots, but staff said not to, they arent very good, so I ordered onion rings. Which were not fresh, or warm even and were hard puck like disc's of disappointment. Our burgers were not made fresh. Patties were pre-made and very thin and cold. Can't taste anything but bread. I had hoped that the burger King I loved years ago had returned, it hasn't. We won't be back. We have wasted money here multiple times over the 7 years we've been in this community. Do better BK!!!

They only have 2 people working here today only one cook so im not going to say they took to long because theres 12 of us. the bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks, the lady was a little rude but she also looked tired of the place. Also it looked like everything was out of order at this point. i wouldnt go here to inside because its just dirty.

Worst Burger King I've ever been to!! Broiler was broken so no burgers, half of the drink choices were out of order, restrooms were disgusting, tables weren't clean, and they only had two workers so it took 40 minutes to get the food!!

Told I couldn't have coffee because it would take at least 10 minutes to make. Ten minutes later was told they had just cleaned the broiler (at 215PM) so it would be 15 to 20 minute wait for our burger. We got a refund and left.

Luis was awesome, we always have fantastic service at this location. Even went out of their way to accommodate lunch for my dog.
We had a very disappointed experience at @BurgerKing in Big Bend Trail at Glen Rose, TX. We ordered 5 impossible whopper and after half an hour waiting we have received the impossible whopper but burnt one. We never had this experience anywhere else. We went to the front desk and complained about the burnt one. The waiter is very patiently responded I will make another one for you all. We waited for another half an hour and the waiter told us we are getting only burnt ones as the tool is not working fine.I then asked for refund and he tried to reach out to his manager multiple times and his manager never picked up the phone. He also doesn’t know how to process the refund. I have given my number and asked him to give me a call. Still waiting for the waiter/cashier to give me a call and get me the refund.

Worst restaurant we have ever been too. The young man did not listen to us stayed sitting down talking with his girlfriend. The lady in the back only speaks spanish and when the gentlemantold her that my order was wrong she made it again and it was wrong again so my husbandspoke with her and she still didnt make it right the fries tasted like they were a day old the whole restaurant was covered in flies. No manager on duty

Twice went there to get something. First time they forgot to turn on the menu lights and no way to order . I called when I got home and the guy who answered the phone said he forgot to turn it on .He said the last place he worked they turned on automatically. Today, nobody there at all 9:40 am on a Monday
