Loco Coyote Grill Reviews
The last 2 times I went to the Loco Coyote were both very disappointing. Last weekend I went and ordered a burger, which the menu says is 3/4 of a pound. Well I didn’t weigh the burger but there’s no way that was 3/4 of a pound, it may have been 1/3 pound. I know the menu says they are cooked well done, it was so well done it didn’t have much flavor. The time before last when I went i waited an hour and a half for a bbq plate with ribs and brisket. They weren’t super busy...read full review
Great atmosphere! I do believe this restaurant is a destination place to eat. Located In Glen Rose, Texas. The food here is absolutely amazing and portions are ginormous. Caters to families and groups. Live music on weekends. I reccomend the PIG OUT. You get a sampling of their best brisket, ribs, chicken, sausage, and my favorite the catfish! All piled on a bed of fries, Texas toast, and sides of your choice. And they do have the best egg rolls you will ever have. They are hand...read full review
I debated whether to write this review, as my family has been long-standing customers going back to the original Hammonds. The food has always been outstanding, which is why this visit was so disappointing--especially since we were there just a few months ago.

Loco Coyote Grill is a popular spot in Glen Rose, known for their amazing ribs and large portions. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive, making every visit enjoyable despite busy times. The restaurant is family-friendly, with plenty of space for kids to play both inside and outside. The onion rings are highly praised and worth the drive alone. The ribs are described as to die for, and the coyote balls are a must-try. The large burger is huge, like a meatloaf on a hoggie bun, and the chicken fried steak is considered the best. The fried shrimp po’boy is delicious, and the Pig Out for 4 is perfect for sharing. Customers also enjoy the generous portion of chicken tenders, which come with plenty of gravy and crispy fries. Overall, the food is flavorful, hot, and filling, with friendly service that keeps guests coming back. New ownership has made improvements with physical updates and new flavors, making it an even better dining experience.
