Pie by the slice or whole pie. My favorite was the strawberry rhubarb. Get there early for more choices. They sell out fast.
My friend and I came on a rainy Tuesday to try the pies. We were not disappointed. I had the strawberry rhubarb pie, à la mode, and my friend had the peach pie. Both were delicious. We chatted with the owner and he was a great conversationalist. We will be back!

We came all the way from San Antonio to visit this hidden gem and I mean when I say, this pie is absolutely life changing! The absolute BEST crust I’ve had in my 35 years of life! Between the sweetness being just right & the owner was the friendliest guy& so warm & welcoming! Will def be back again no matter how far the trip is ?

I love supporting a local shop when I can so I was excited to see one when planning my trip to Glen Rose. I got 2 pies, Buttermilk and Coconut Cream. The buttermilk was more like egg custard not the expected consistency buttermilk should be. The coconut cream filling was pretty average. The cream topping was minimal, not what you would expect from a typical homemade cream pie. I can't quite figure out what is going on with the crust. It is thin and crisp, it it doesn't taste buttery and is not flaky at all.
