This was the best pizza I have had in quite a while. It was a thin crust pepperoni. The crust was not a cracker type one but a crispy, perfectly baked, thinner crust. But the start we thought was the cheese. It was thick and gooey, generously added, with what seemed to me like a really high-quality cheese.
Sorry everyone else, but this is the best pizza for 50 miles! FYI, it's BYOB for a while until the liquor license is done.
