Sonic’s corporate has put out a BOGO deal on burgers and coneys.
I want to preface that this location did not say they weren’t participating in the deal.
We went to this location to utilize this deal. Upon arrival they told us “you can only get the deal through the app” so we tried to order on the app and this location in Glen Rose does not allow online orders. They told us we needed to delete and redownload the app which we did.
And again it says “the location does not allow online ordering.”
The person taking our order was rude and would not do anything to help with the situation only stating “ we definitely do online orders and they can’t do anything to help.”
We will be notifying corporate but wanted to let everyone locally know not to expect this location to honor any deals that sonic offers.

If you have ever been to one Sonic, then you should know what to expect at this one.
Sonic is probably the most consistent fast food place in Texas, the food isn't spectacular, but it isn't inedible either.
I love their tater tots, foot long chili cheese cones, breakfast burritos and drink selection.

We ordered hamburger with extra pickles, it came plain. Then had to wait another 20 minutes to make another one. Wish they had just added to the one already made.

Food, service, atmosphere all Super . Pretty tired of the overpricing and gouging though . $20 for a small hamburger, small fries & small soda ? Come on!
The food was good and hot. The best experience was the car hop that brought my order. I have ordered meals from Sonics all over Texas and Oklahoma. None have had a server as friendly as this Sonic has. I was so impressed that I was going to write the corporate office a letter complimenting the server by name. Unfortunately, I lost my receipt that had all the data I needed.
