Good food but sooooooo slow i almost mised my game
Had a bad experience here and tried to resolve it with subway and no one wanted to make it right. I would not recommend this subway.
I used a coupon like it shows in the photo. They over charged me for my bacon and avocado turkey sandwich. Tried to get help with it from customer service. I gave a 1 star just for the matter of fact they overcharged me and could not even say sorry for it. They just ignore me. Check your receipt before you pay!!!!
I was not that satisfied with the service I received. I didn’t want nothing big that day as I was on the clock for work, just a Very basic footlong sandwich with only turkey bacon and cheese. When I told them no vegetables, only the meat and cheese, they started judging me what I wanted when Subway is made to have whatever sandwich you want. I also wanted it toasted but when I received my sandwich, it was not toasted long enough to be warm, it was still cold. So I still ate it cause I got what I paid for but I was not happy with any of it. Never going there again, they pissed me off from them judging a basic sandwich and the fact it was still cold.
Overall 1/10. Terrible.

2:45 pm 07-20-24 worst experience I have ever had at a subway. The 2 guys helping us out talked to each other about anime and we’re cussing not even addressing us . When we walked in the continue to talk to each other and never greated us. They couldn’t understand anything I said like “ can I get extra veggies” and “can I get vinaigrette on the side with veggies “. They were slow the whole time and could not have cared less about what was going on in front of them.

Horrible!!! I ordered online to be delivered to my car at 3:39 and it said that my food wouldn’t be ready till 3:55 . When I got my food brought out to me it was supposed to be toasted but instead it was cold like it had been sitting away . When I called and told them they had me walk in just to tell me that there was nothing they can do . When someone gets it toasted don’t you think they want it warm not cold . If I wanted a cold sandwich I would have asked for it not to be toasted . Overall 1/10
Stood in line for a drink and was ignored. After they helped 5 customers and completely skipped me to help others, I left. Will not be back.

I showed up at 9:15 pm and the store was locked with the open sign turned off. When I attempted an online order, the hours we clearly marked as closing at 10 pm and that online orders were welcome until 9:30 pm, but all items on the whole menu were marked out of stock and I was unable to place an online order either. A worker could clearly see us attempting to patronize the store and ignored us the entire time I was attempting to order and writing this comment. I plan to take my business to restaurants that follow their posted hours and serve their customers.

Usually do not write reviews and always went to this place and was happy but today it was awful. Food is not fresh at all. I ordered salad and regretted. First of all the salad bowl was much smaller than usually. All meat was covered that i couldn't see and choose. Salad was not fresh. Spinach was bad. I do not understand why it was allowed to be sold like this. When i mentioned it, the girl said it was all what they have. She was not friendly at all. She was fighting me trying to prove that it is not salad bowl but it is protein bowl. Didnt give me any silverware. Just gave in a rude way bowl. Service was awful. I never had such bad experience in this place. Not going to come back. Waste of money and time. Didnt enjoy my meal. Everything was not fresh at all.

I don't normally write reviews but my experience at the particular subway was absolutely atrocious. The only reason they even got 1 star was because the one worker Mitch was absolutely a godsend.On the other hand, subway company should look into their manager, Michelle. She has the absolute worst customer service I have seen in a long time. She came out from the back with an attitude when a line formed as if she couldn't help the other worker. She proceeded to be rude to not only me but other customers behind me. She proceeded to scold me because "I needed to tell her my whole order at once" but a.) I don't know subways protocols as I do not work there and b.) Not once did she ask me if I needed anything else. The girl behind me she yelled at for a while because she didn't want meat and Michelle couldn't understand. She made poor Mitch so uncomfortable and yelled at him that he was shaking.

Walked in order. There were four people in front of me, it took 15 minutes before it was my turn. The lady making the sandwich was rude to several customers (she was the manager). Music was so loud you couldn’t hear them or they couldn’t hear you. Not a good experience….
