We arrived roughly an hour before they closed and it was almost full. The place was quaint, cozy nostalgic and it definitely smelled amazing. We were promptly seated and as I looked around I felt like I was home!! From the photos on the wall to the chalkboard with pickle themed jokes there was plenty to look at. The staff was super friendly and after ordering and waiting a few minutes we got our food. We ordered fried pickles as an appetizer and can definitely say they were delicious. Please keep in mind this isn’t fast food where someone takes frozen food and then deep fried it. This is not instant food so it takes a few minutes to get your order. Sit down, eat your appetizers and enjoy looking around and chatting with the people you are with. My jalapeño burger was great and so were the fries. This is definitely a place I recommend and definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.Vegetarian options: My buddy is a vegetarian and had a mushroom burger that he enjoyed very much.Parking: Parking is in front of the restaurantKid-friendliness: They have plenty around the room and on the walls for a kid with an active mind to stay busy. The kids we had definitely spent a lot of time laughing at the pickle themed jokes on the chalkboard.

Amazing food, with decent prices. Definitely a good burger. Lots of options. My only complaint would be that it took forever to get our food. We sat and waited an hour before the food came out. (4 of us got burgers, one got chicken). Other than that tho a pretty nice place! Great pickles. ?
I had a guacamole burger it was no good at all hardly any guacamole and the beef patty was not beef it tasted like horse meat ! It was gross so I won't be back ! Also way too expensive for a horse burger!

Ordered chicken fried steak sandwich, waited 1.5 hours and they brought out a fried chicken sandwich, told em they got the order wrong and responded yeah we know were out of chicken fried steak. Well you could of told me an hour and half ago.

I was highly disappointed with the bacon cheese burger. It was drenched in mustard and couldn't even taste the burger. The service was lacking and waited forever for our food. I will not go back.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Amazing food and the staff is just as wonderful!! You will NOT be disappointed here! Small town cafe with a huge pack of flavor. Burgers are delicious and the beer battered mushrooms are even better! Chicken melt is just as good!!! Amazing! If you are visiting and need a delicious lunch...make this place a mandatory stop!!!
Cute and yummy as it sounds! From the outside signage, café name etched into sidewalk, antique front case housing all kinds of pickle merchandise to the huge, tasty burger, it is such a great place. Make the effort to take a short side road off the main highway to try their fried pickles or any one of their menu items. And their iced tea is freshly brewed which is a must in my book!
Free Pickle is a favorite of mine and friends.... Sure wish we had one in Granbury....Loretta and other of the Co-workers are an absolute delight !!! James
