Food was okay, my only problem was I ordered two drinks, including a coffee and when the lady brought them there was coffee all over the cups and my debit card, it’s like why not just grab a napkin and wipe it off? Very unprofessional.

I ordered my food ahead of time and when pulling up after 10pm I was told to wait to put my order in. There were no cars in the drive though and 2 cars parked. Several minutes later I told them I had an online order and was told it wasn't ready. I pulled up and waited several more minutes. The food came out and both the chicken and fries were crunchy and overcooked. Not hot like I was waiting for it to cook but old like it was under a lamp all day. When I pulled around there was a group of younger people hanging out front. I paid for old food because some kid was busy with his friends.

Went through the drive through, only two cars in front of us and it took almost 20 minutes for chicken tenders, a chicken sandwich, and a salad. Opened the bag to check everything was there and ALL of our condiments were not put in the bag (ranch, gravy, vinaigrette & ketchup). Went inside to get the condiments and the lady at the counter had a horrible attitude and threw the condiments down on the counter. After we drove away, I went to eat my chicken sandwich, which comes with mayo, and it had some nasty sweet sauce instead. Horribly disappointed. Do better.
