I had a really disappointing experience here. After waiting quite a while for my order, the fries were cold and tasted like they had been cooked in old grease. The gravy cup was barely filled, which felt careless considering the price.
The grilled cheese was also served cold, which honestly shouldn’t happen with such a simple item. Overall, the food quality did not match the wait time or expectations.
I hope this was just an off day, but based on this visit, I can’t say I’d return.

The dining room was standing room only, but the food was amazing as always. I’ll write more later about the young service worker who went out of their way to help us with a coupon. Thank you for serving our community.

I ordered from the drive thru. This was my first time at this Whataburger. The burger was the worst Whataburger that I've ever had and I've been going to Whataburger all of my life. The hamburger bun was rock hard that could barely bite into the burger. On top of that the burger was very dry. Very disappointed in this Whataburger. Thank goodness the Whataburger in my town that I live is always juicy and fresh.
