Chameleon for the first time on Sunday and all I can say is WOW! I can’t wait to come back. I had the scallops led by the tuna crisps. My friend had calamari as an appetizer and the sea bass. We shared a crème brûlée. It was all amazing.

Absolutely phenomenal food and service. Glen Rose has a hidden gem with this place. Highly recommend.

We’ve been wanting to try this place for a while. Excellent food & service! We ordered the fillet and ribeye which were cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious! Cant wait to go back!

ABSOLUTELY fantastic! We were there Saturday evening and what a great place! From the beautiful building....great employees...outstanding food and drinks...everything was top notch. Can't wait to come back on my next visit to Glen Rose.

Just want to say my review is based on service and atmosphere not food. We went here for a Birthday dinner. Got seated and then waited 15 mins and never saw our waitress. Asked for a manager the manager was very nice and offered to get us taken care of. We said no Thanks.
When what we were looking at for dinner would have been around $200 plus. I should not have to ask to be taken care of once we are seated. Our section of the restaurant was empty. Maybe in the future we will try again.

We were here celebrating a friends new business adventure after working all day - first time. It’s really nice looking , clean .. etc . The food was very good , the service was terrible . He had no idea what the menu held and we asked about a certain brand of whiskey to which he replied, sure .. well I don’t know.. well I would think so ? Very strange.. I’m not sure if he was new or just a bad waiter . However, don’t let that dissuade you from trying this place as our steaks were really seasoned well , all the food was great . I’d probably try an avoid that waiter when we return , but based on the place as a whole and the food we definitely will be back .

Our salmon(correction, sea bass) was really good, but the calamari was subpar. I think our whole plate only had maybe 7 whole pieces, everything else was more fried batter without the calamari then anything.
My actual meal was good though.

What a tremendous restaurant! We ate in the bar area this evening. We had the pork chop, tenderloin, burger and Philly cheese steak. Everyone tried each others and everyone thought they got out ordered. Calamari for appetizer was excellent. Old fashions were so delicious. Aspen, our server was attentive and first class. My boys asked me when we can go back. It’s worth the trip from Granbury, Stephenville and surrounding areas. If you are in Glen Rose and they are open, it would be a travesty not to go. The bar area is more our style but the dining area was definitely upscale if you prefer a more intimate setting. Beautiful pool table to enjoy in bar area, big screens all over walls with sports on, and fine dining cuisine. 5 stars all the way around!

I was with a group and between us all we ordered almost every appetizer and every. single. one. was delicious. This is a family owned place that clearly strives for top notch and their efforts are obvious. I recommend supporting this place!!!
