The wait times at this establishment are ridiculous. After ordering I sat the speaker for almost 10 mins. We finally moved up, and I see two employees WWE Smack down fighting with old freezer boxes, im not sure who the manager is but this is insane. Then they make you back up away from the window after paying to off set tbe sensor for their wait times between customers.

I refused to take the order I didn’t order I didn’t even get my money back I was irritated with the lady at the register I just left my receipt and food there and walked out. They need to listen when you are ordering ! Won’t be going back anymore!

I'm writing this review not because of the great food, but because of the great service! Came through and ordered and the cashier TJ had an amazing attitude and customer service! Working late nights is not easy and no one goes to Jack in a box for great service but TJ delivered!

We waited in drive thru for around 15 minutes then when we got to the speaker to order they told us they were only taking mobile orders and door dash. This is crazy you can’t take a drive thru order . Whenever is running this restaurant is totally non prefessinal. So we waited in the drive thru for more than 30 minutes for nothing. They did not take our order .
