Ordered multiple things. Wait was ridiculous and seeing customers come in long after me and get their orders first. Unacceptable. Rice undercooked.

I literally love this place. I normally DoorDash this place and it always is super delicious.My food is always correct and made fresh and hot. It is also one of the only places where i can get spicy fried rice. I recommend this place to anyone 10/10

Over hyped. Decided to try them and i regret it. Cusomer service was very bad.
They also put something in my friedrice i was allegic to. Food didnt taste food either.

Guy in the register was nice, chubby girl didn't say anything when she gave my food even after I said Thank you!... looked mad or racist. Took them at least 15 minutes for an orange chicken and rice plate. Food was the worst... $15 and had to throw it to the trash. Wanted to support local, but Panda is 100% better than this. Also got the "most spicy type" and tasted like nothing, no flavor, not even spicy at all. I didn't even try the rice after trying the chicken!

Placed order through DoorDash but had to call to give special instructions. Simply asked for less beef and more veggies in my sechzuan beef. They argued with me placing me on hold back and forth saying they can’t add beef they can’t do this and that…not even listening. I didn’t want more beef…I wanted less. He put me back on hold until he came back and said they already finished making it. RIDICULOUS. This was not a difficult ask and they had zero regard. I spend way too much money here to be dismissed like that and I don’t appreciate it at all. That’s it. Very upset. I requested this due to health issues.

Dietary restrictions: Apparently there are no options and they are unconcerned about trying to accommodate.

Never had a bad meal here.

My order was not correct. I didn't get my fried rice and I got spicy beef lo mien even though I asked for no spice, it was spicy! I called back to let them know what was missing. They are asking me if the beef lo mien has chilli flakes in them. I asked for no spice (which he said it was they called that mild). The person who answered the phone asked the box what's on the box I told what on the box mild. They only gave us a credit to use for the rice. And nothing for the lo mien because I didn't bring back, I was 30 mins away at home before we noticed it. We I will use the credit. I really they would just refund the whole order. The spring rolls were burnt and they didn't label the chicken egg rolls and didn't label the pork egg rolls. I told them about that and he said that they don't label them. Then they told me they never do and to know which one is which it look at the length of the rolls. I didn't pay $50 dollars to play a guessing game of which egg rolls which. I also think they use spring roll wraps for on their egg rolls flavors. I'm done with them after I use my credit. They also forgot my 2 pork egg rolls. Never Again

Love the Chris's rice with a kick. You get heat and all the meat and veggies in one dish.

I passed this place and decided to give it a try. Upon walking in noticeable sewer smell and the owners were at the table having lunch.. no acknowledgment at all. I proceeded To the register and asked for lunch specials (they have none ) but the young man offered Chris Fried rice which I didn't want because I only like chicken. I told Him that I didn't see anything I wanted but he offered a sample of orange chicken. Very nice!! The orange chicken was not bad but not the best so I ordered the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice to give something else a try! Disappointed! Fried rice was very dry with no flavor at all. The chicken was overcooked and this was $15! I'll stick to Wall Street for better food and comparable prices.

Inside store ordered:
Pork dumpling
Cream cheese dumpling
General Tso’s chicken
Orange chicken
Chris’ fried rices (the loaded one)
Total = $65.41

Got home to find:
Pork dumplings are burnt
Cream cheese dumpling are over cooked and minuscule amount of cream cheese
Both chicken dishes tasted exactly the same
Chris’ fried rice did not have veggies and was sticky.

This has been one of my favorite places to eat. Prices have gone up, and sizes down. They wanted me to come back to the store, not customer service driven.

Won’t be back.
