These people are not lying, this is one of the worst Sonics I've ever been to.This property is in shambles, they never have the light one, they are constantly out of everything. It could easily take you 20 minutes just to get a drink. They do answer the stalls and leave you waiting in the drive thru indefinitely. We have tried several times over the past 3 years, it just gets worse and worse. Find another Sonic or place altogether, believe me.

Wasn't even busy on a Monday afternoon. This is what I get as a shake. Not even filled, no whip cream, and no cherry. Also, I got an oreo cheesecake shake, and there's strawberry in my drink from the drink before. So they're not cleaning their equipment between customers and probably don't clean the kitchen at all. Believe all of the negative reviews you see about this place.

This sonics is going downhill. It used to be one of the better sonics in the area hi ever services for because they typically do not have enough workers and if you drive by it, there's no longer a sonic sign out there. The sign has been busted out and no one has repaired it for a while looks bad and very embarrassing.

The lady threw my drink at me inside my car when I had waited 30 mins for 2 drinks and a chicken tender kids meal with apple sauce. Only had to cook 2 chicken straps. 0

On September 1, I was charged three times for one Large Sonic Blast. I called the Manager and was told I would receive a refund in three days. I have yet to receive a refund. The Manager told me they have called Corporate, and the Glen Heights PD has been out. This ridicules.

I love Sonic! I stopped in for a snack. Love the pretzel and cherry limeade.Parking: There are spots to park and order from the car to have it brought out as well as a drive thru at many locations.
It's 930pm and I just got yelled and cussed at by employees that they was closed! Worst experience I've ever had at a sonic. This place should be taken over by new management. Do not spend money

The slowest fast food restaurant ive ever been to. U can tell the workers don't give af. Took them a whole 15 min just to make an order of mozzarella sticks. Better off just going to McDonald's
Avoid! Chili cheese dog and they forgot the chili. Double meat cheese burger with mustard and it was a single with a ton of ketchup. I should have checked before I left but I never dreamed they hired the absolute bottom of the barrel that no one else would hire and made sure they were incredibly incompetent.

Would rate higher if it wasn't for having to listen to the owner's bald head barking orders and yelling at the employees (who were doing a good job) every 5 seconds instead of actually lifting a finger. Dude has very poor management skills and should stay out of the places he owns....
