I was in the drive-through and ordered a ultimate burrito and asked that they do not burn my eggs like they did the first time I ever went to this restaurant. Well they did it again this time I had one and a half tater tots, burnt eggs, burnt bacon, just a whole bunch of slop I get out and go in the restaurant is filthy. The manager is rude. The assistant manager is rude. This place is horrible. I would advise everyone to stay away. Never eat here. The convenience store is way better than the restaurant and the manager had the audacity to tell me to calm down let me see you calm down when your food look like Slopš¤¢š¤¢š¤¢š¤¢š¤¢

I eat a bag of Sonic ice a day so I consider myself an expert on Sonic ice. This is the second time I have brought bagged ice from this location, there will not be a third. Each time the ice taste OLD AND STALE....not sure why...do better please.

Said they are closed and itās 9:45! Wow poor management. I understand wanting to go home but laughing in the drive thru and inconveniencing customers by closing early is unprofessional! Please look at the schedule on July 31st 9:45pm and restaff please. Thankkkkssss!!!!

We stopped in on our drive back home, and absolutely loved our experience. The staff was super friendly and made us feel at home. We aren't up this way very often, but we will definitely be stopping on our next trip up this way!
We sat at the drive through at this sonic for close to 5 minutes befoew driving forward to the window. In the time we sat there, 2 cars drive off behind us. After pulling up to the window, the person asked us if we order a chili dog and we said no, Noone was answering at Rhe speaker and then they asked what name theborser was in in which we then told them we sat at the drive through for awhile and Noone answered so we just pulled forward because Noone was behind us. The person told us āNope, you have to order at the speakerā. My husband then told them that we sat at the speaker and obviously it wasn't working and she shut Rhe window on us and then came back and said āno, you have to drive back around to the speaker to orderā then shut the window. So, Noone was behind us, and they obviously weren't busy, then they were completely rude! Where did customer service go? This sonic has always been a little ghetto but WOW!

This review is based on an Employee Jay! He was very respectful, patient and fast. Just a pleasant person. The food here is pretty good, comes out hot. I come here often and never really have complaints. Compared to the other Sonics that are close by. The only thing I wish they had was Apple Pay! I always get the strawberry cream slush, my fav!
