Put in a mobile order at 10:55ish, said it'd be ready by 11:45. showed up around 11:45 and stood until 12 at which point I had to leave in order to make it back to work on time from my lunch break. At 12, they hadn't even started on the order. I usually buy a couple sandwiches to have for my lunch across a few days. Luckily one of us works in Brownwood every day and we'll just get what I need from one of those subways from now on.

I’ve been coming here awhile and I got to say, the staff has been pretty awesome. Cheyenne is definitely a rockstar. Knows my order, super personable, helps out other staff when needed, and definitely needs a raise. Keep her around for sure. Shiloh also is a boss, handles pressure like a champ. Would recommend not just having 1 staff memes from 7-10 like usual. Thank you Subway for not just those 2, but the rest of the crew. Definitely coming here more often! 10/10

Subway corporate in this area is terrible, but the young man behind the counter when we came on Sunday afternoon was a true gem. The place was busy, and he was manning it all by himself, but he maintained a good attitude and listened carefully to each customer as they told him how to customize their sandwich. He definitely deserves a raise!

At this subway you have to pre-order your food a week in advance if not you'll be waiting an hour after the "pick up" time. Pretzels are hard as a rock

Great place for a bite to eat. They’re a little understaffed but they make up for it in their service! They make excellent sandwiches and are super patient with my indecisive self! I definitely recommend going here.

I don't know what the point of having a number if no one ever answers the phone, they say said food will be ready at a certain time and then having to wait almost an hour to make 2 easy sandwiches is not okay. Also often forgets to put everything that is asked in or on the order very dissatisfied ?

The prices in Subway now are outrageous. I waited at least 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there due to online orders being completed before helping us that were standing there waiting. There was another team member standing around watching but wasn’t much help, so it was frustrating to spend most of my lunch in line.
