Hi, I am a regular who receives delivery from dominoes. I usually don’t have an issue with them, they deliver on time and have great customer service. However on this most recent delivery, on the of the drivers Briana, made a rude comment about me refusing to leave a tip. Keep in mind they are already over charging me to deliver 1 pizza that is 3 minutes away from the store. The audacity of that one woman threw me for a loop. I few moments later I went outside, asked her for her name, and confronted her about her comment. Unsurprisingly she insisted that I was the rude one and that she was going to report me to my leadership. I know that is something minor compared to something major, but the arrogance of Briana, and the horrible customer service I received cannot go unchecked.

I am new to Goodfellow Air Force Base and I order Domino’s at least twice a week. It is genuinely the only thing getting me through my military career. I absolutely love and adore this on post pizza shop nothing bad about them always on time for me. Always delicious. They out pizza the hut I would marry this Domino’s if I could.

Awesome food and service. Just remember this location is on AFB and can't be accessed for carryout unless you have a base pass to be able to get on base

Ordered a chicken sandwich and they brought me 2 slices of bread with nothing inside. Got a refund and tried again over the phone. Super disrespectful and when I got my order NO MEAT 2 slices of bread and cheese. Never ordering again

I placed a 70.00 dollar order they got all my order but 1pizza I called to either get it delivered to me or refunded and the girl was giving me a hard time about the order saying they couldn't deliver the pizza I'm missing because they were 2 hours behind

The workers here are the bomb. A few weeks ago I was trapped in the store during a storm and I got to see how the workers here operate. Not only were they driving through the storm, soaked, they were calling customers and verifying orders and cancellations the entire time. No complaints. Just trying to take care of their customers. I was at this tech school as a student for 6 months and the workers always made sure to take care of me when I walked in. Also Debbie the manager is the best. Knows all her customers by name and verifying the food quality. The best dominos for sure!!!

How do you let the public order from the location that clearly is on base? Then not answer the phone so we can cancel our order and request a refund since we had already paid for it online? Super frustrating and absolutely no help at all. But I’m glad you’re enjoying my tax dollars I guess
Super fast service and the food always taste great. Haven't had any complaints yet.
