What a great little dive at PK! Gotta get there early, only open for lunch, but oh so worth it! Every dish is fresh, hand made, huge and so yummy!! It is small and homey, ran by the awesome owner and just a few other wonderful, friendly staff members. So if they're full it might be a small wait, but again well worth it!

My wife and I had lunch there on Saturday November 18th. She had a bowl of soup with water and I had a sandwich with a cucumber salad and a Diet Coke. She thought her soup was delicious...and that my sandwich was ordinary. I would agree. The ambiance is nice and the location is excellent. My issue is that the bill for our lunch was $51.00...I added a $9.00 tip for a total of $60.00. We both felt that this was outrageously overpriced! I should have been suspicious when the menu had no prices listed. In any event, we would never consider going back!

This was my first time eating here. I've eaten in that building no telling how many times. But I'll remember the date I ate in the building this time.I normally miss them before they close, when I actually take time to eat lunch.The food was awesome ❗️Some of the best I've ever had. No joke, it was comparable to my favorite place in San Juan Puerto Rico ?? where I'd get my Cubano sandwich.

Service was great!!! Cut funky place that's perfect for the lake. Food lacked something to be desired. Order two shrimp cocktails and bill was $35. Absolutely not what we expected and the shrimp tasted cheep and chewy.

It's a busy hot spot here on PK. Cute indoor and patio dining. They don't have the traditional menu, you order from the chalk board on what's available that day. This time it was pretty busy and staff seemed a little short so we had a wait time for our food. We both got a sandwich. The portions were generous but very underwhelming, especially for the cost. It was over $50.00 for two sandwiches and two teas.

Surprisingly good food from a little humble roadside cafe! Great spot for lunch while visiting PK. Friendly service too!
