The food is good, the servers were friendly and helpful and the restaurant, including bathroom, was clean. I really wanted to say the food was great, but it wasn’t. The CFS wasn’t anything special, but it was good. The onion rings were kinda bland. Maybe the folks that live out here just don’t like a lot of spices in their food and that’s understandable because it seemed like an older clientele eats here.

Oh my gosh !! Best chicken strips and beef strips ever!! Over three fingers wide and at least four inches long, we got ours served with mashed potatoes and gravy!! ? Yummy.. my brother ordered chili. All fantastic. Huge cups of tea. I recommend the blackberry or the peach tea too. Their salads are fabulous and so is the chicken fried chicken or the chicken fried steak. Best around....we love this little restaurant.

Small simple Cafe atmosphere with great catfish. I got the special, which was the catfish basket. The fish was delicious! The coleslaw was great! Fries were good, but I would go for the potato wedges next time because they taste MUCH better and crisper. The veggies, oh my goodness!! You must get the zucchini and squash. One bite, and I was hooked.My best friends took me, so it was a first for me being there and definitely will have to go back.It was so good that my leftovers I took home, I had for breakfast the next morning. Yes, fried catfish for breakfast. It's that good.

City girl came to the country with a large party around 8p they closed at 9p. Not once did they make us feel like rushed. Food was sooo good!! Service was great!! Portions was a large size! I can't wait to go back.
Service is hot or miss, like every small town it depends on if they know you or not and will take better care of you if they know you, but the CFS is great.

Great food! They didn't even bat an eye when i ordered my hamburger without a bun, without cheese, without onions. Everytime ive gone They've had no qualms about me ordering specific to my food allergies, which is a relief. The burger was delicious, the home cut fries were so good! My wife and in-laws had fried catfish with fries and slaw and they were very pleased with their food. The room we were in was a little cramped, and a little too loud, but otherwise no complaints here. The service was spot on, especially considering how busy they were. We will definitely dine in again!
