YUM!!! We have the Brisket BBQ pizza and it was delicious! For dessert we have some ice cream and Hannah pudding and hung out on the patio. We can’t wait to come back and try another pizza and dessert!

I finally got to try The Pizza Shack and it was delicious! We got 3 different pizzas and they were all so good. The ranch was amazing too! Getting to see Ashli was the icing on the cake 🍕♥️

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm, friendly smiles from the crew — their hospitality made us feel right at home. The food? Top notch. You can taste the quality in every bite. The ingredients are super fresh, the toppings are generous, and the dough is hands-down some of the best I’ve ever had — soft, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The sausage crumbles had a great texture and aren’t a rich, greasy topping. The sausage crumbles were definitely high quality. The pepperonis were huge, thin, and tasty. The mushrooms were fresh cut! The pizza dough is freshly pressed from raw dough and flattened for every pizza, upon ordering.
I was very impressed by the pizza and the cleanliness of the restaurant.
We ate here 4 times during our stay! I would definitely check out their lunch buffet that features a full pizza bar, dessert pizza, and salad bar.
Our kids had an absolute blast too! There are tons of fun activities to keep them entertained while we waited for our food (which didn’t take long at all). It made the whole dining experience relaxing and enjoyable for the whole family.
If you're anywhere near Possum Kingdom, do yourself a favor and stop by The Pizza Shack. It’s more than just a meal — it’s an experience. We’ll definitely be back! 🍕🎉

If you’re looking for delicious food, great service, and a friendly atmosphere — this is the place to go!
We first visited for their pizza buffet at lunch, and it did not disappoint. There was a great variety of pizzas, a fresh and tasty salad bar, and an amazing dessert selection. Highlights included the cinnamon dessert pizza, donuts, banana pudding, and even a trendy twist — strawberry Dubai chocolate pudding. Everything was delicious!
We loved it so much that we came back the next morning for iced coffees and donuts. As self-proclaimed coffee addicts, my friend from the Metroplex and I both agreed — this was the best iced coffee we’ve had, hands down. The donuts were absolutely beautiful (almost too pretty to eat), and just as tasty as they looked. We’re already planning a return trip to try their biscuits and gravy for breakfast!
The owner is one of the sweetest, most down-to-earth people you’ll ever meet. She even told us they occasionally serve chicken and dumplings — and if they’re anything like the rest of the menu, we know they’ll be incredible.
Highly, HIGHLY recommend! 🙌

The business name truly captures the essence of this quaint establishment, which offers a small number of tables for diners.
The salad bar, though small, provided a fresh selection of vegetables and toppings. The Barbeque Brisket pizza was a highlight, with an outstanding blend of BBQ sauce, brisket, bacon, onions, and cheese. Self-serve, refillable fountain drinks are available. However, during my visit, all drinks, including water, were priced at $1 per cup. The staff were very polite and courteous throughout.
Despite the small size of the building and the limited number of customers, there was a 15-minute wait time to order. Additionally, the high ceiling created a noticeable echo when people spoke loudly.

No photos since we ate it all, but everything was great. Had the possom poppers and cheesy bread for appetizers. Family shared a large “plain Jane” cheese pizza. Also ordered a small chicken Alfredo pizza to share. Absolutely delicious. Salad bar was basic but fresh and tasty. Cam was a great server and very friendly. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks!
