“I am giving all 5 stars because I am a regular at Mr Gattis lately and I have never had a bad experience. This evening I went in and service was not so pleasant. There is a new lady that joined the crew and I must say she is rude and does not have any consideration for anybody else. She was rude and rushed me as I was trying to decide what I was going to have. I deal with Angel quite a bit and she is a delight every day I am there. Donna u are working in customer service, fix the attitude or find something else to do”

“Amazing food shakes and workers , told me if I didn’t like my shake she’d remake it for free and even brought me out a scoop of ice cream to try the shake flavor !!! Coming everytime were at the lake!”

“Store #16 on Sheridan Rd in Tulsa. It is my go to store. For a while I was going there and most employees were not friendly at all. Today I went there and was waited on by a brand new employee, Blake. He was extremely friendly and it was a delight to talk to him. He told me it is his first day and he loves it. I found this store has a new manager. I was also there last week and was waited on by a very friendly young girl at the drive thru window.The entire mood of the employees has changed. My advice to store #16 is to keep your new manager and give Blake a reward for being so friendly.”

“40 years of combined restaurant service experience between my husband and I and we have never had as amazing of a server as Rachel. Oh my goodness, what a GEM of a person and server. She was so sweet, went above and beyond, timed everything perfectly, had amazing recommendations, and really felt like she wanted our experience to be perfect. Owner/management- if you’re reading this, you’ve got yourself a one of a kind employee and a future restaurant manager/property manager. Thank you Rachel for an unforgettable dinner!”

“Our team cam into Graham for some property inspections. Decided to stop in for lunch, I was a little hesitant to stop here, but decided to give it a chance. So glad we did, everything was absolutely amazing. The service was exceptional. Will absolutely be back even if it’s 100 miles out of the way. Thank y’all so much for the hospitality and great food.”

“Good food. Inexpensive. Around $12 per person. The only thing is like in other review says, they give you the bill after the 1st plate.
It’s feels a little bit uneasy.

Suggestion: Maybe increasing the price per person may fix the balance between having a better costumer experience while staying profitable.”

“Dropped in for lunch after driving from Roanoke, and it was a very chill and pleasant experience. The ladies were training a guy and they all still ran everything smoothly and with great service. The store was pristine and the food was excellent. Made me wish I could visit again soon!”

“Nice, clean place. Food was excellent. Not over-cooked. Biscuits were so delicious....buttery and soft. Manager was very attentive to customers....in fact, offering a free cookie. The young man at the cash register was very polite and professional. Definitely a place to come and eat when in Graham.”

“Xander is great . Food was delicious. So many great options. We’re here for a few days and will be going back to try all the options. Had Pork Belly, Mahi mahi, chicharrones and pumpkin delight. Nothing disappointed. Love the historical building it is in and we were lucky enough to be there on a night that Brad Good was singing. Didn’t get pictures of the mahi mahi plate, but it was delicious”
