The food is usually really good. But for the past few months the service has been horrible. getting my stuff wrong, forgetting stuff. and just overall extremely rude. even when just ordering. They get mad at you when they forget stuff.

Come here every day after school for my kids but the girl in the drive thru every day has the worse attitude towards me and I will probably not be coming there anymore. I’ve called and complained on her TWICE already and yet she’s still rude. I don’t even know her and she hates me .

Recently, I was attended to by a cashier who was very polite, and helpful. He was a young man. I think the name was Gavin. My food came hot, the fries were salted to perfection, and the nuggets were great.
I ordered a Texas Double Whopper with a Large fry and diet coke. I also ordered an 8pc nugget, which they delivered upon.
I got my food in under five minutes. Overall, the place was nice and welcoming. The menu displayed the options, it was pretty clear.

Should tell your employees not to spread rumors about customers.. threw away my food just incase. I don't even know who she is yet I could hear her yelling about who I am through the drive thru window.

I've been coming to this Burger King for years now. Up until recently I have had the best customer service, very friendly, and no problems. I visit a minimum of 2 times a week for lunch between 12-1pm typically. This is my 2nd encounter with the rude young lady in the drive thru and it takes so much longer to get my food. My receipt shows 12:01 & I didn't leave until 12:15 when another lady stepped to window. The time before I was the only person in drive thru, however young lady grabbed a card from back, then was over at front counter registers, then front counter guy came and put food in bag & was trying to hand it to me when she took bag back, emptied it, put food back in and handed it to me. This young lady has no customer service skills and is quite rude. 1st time I spoke to her and got a rude expression. This time she said order items & I had no clue she was talking to me and not headset. I heard no question just order items not even how I eat them. I see nothing on receipt to tell me what her name is and guessing black hoodie/jacket covers her name tag. New and inexperience has nothing to do with having a friendly personality. If I encounter her a 3rd time, I most likely won't be back for a very long time hoping she's gone by then.
