Ordered online and waited until it said my sandwich was ready before I left my house. When I got there I waited another 40 minutes before they even started my order. It was not a big order, 2 footlongs and a 6 inch. Employees gave no apology just excuses and attitude about how busy they were. They did not follow the online order instructions and I basically had to correct everything they were doing. The entire staff of this place needs to be replaced.

Now this location happens to be one I visit if I'm in the mood for something besides drive through. The only reason I did not give subway ( all locations in general ) 5 stars as I believe that almost 10$ for a 6' not including drink is absolutely absorbed considering they are supposed to be known for their 5$ foot longs. If your going to up the price then at least make the 6' $5 but to double your price & cut the sandwhich in 1/2 so makes it NOT worth even eating there considering there are other sandwhich places that offer almost the same for 1/2 your price. Another reason they didn't get 2-3 stars is simply due to the fact that the staff at this location in particular I happen to want to support them having a job...so the staff is the ONLY REASON I go 2-3 times a year to this location. Change your prices & I will start going more time then I can count as well as recommended it as a great quick dinner pick but until you stop bleeding our pockets for your typical picks, flavors & topping/add-on choices that's about as loyal as I will ever get which I can't stress enough is strictly due to the amazing staff
Vegetarian options: They could basically get the all veggie foot long which is a great option
Parking: Lots always has plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: They have kid meals most don't know that it comes with a 4' sandwhich & bag of chips
Wheelchair accessibility: It has van wheelchair accessible parking

@Subway!! Do you like frozen vegetables on your sandwich? Well, then come on over to the Grapeland tx location, but hurry those veggies are turning translucent quick pickles, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, spinach!I refuse to go back this is the 2nd time I couldn't get veggies because they looked gross, and why won't they let the customers see the meats area!???? A customer asked, "Do you have cucumbers that aren't frozen?" I watched the guy pick out some "good" ones..... wow imagine the morale these employees ? have, I am sure that's not the first time someone mentioned it. No ft long cookie they were still thawing.. Oh, yes and last but not least I watched all that while waiting 5 minutes for meatballs to be cooked in the microwave because, drumroll.... yes they were also frozen. Boo!!

To the owner/management what is with the big blockaid in front of the meat counter so the customer can no longer see what is being served to them. Also the lettuce was brown and yucky, the spinich was limp and shrivled up. When I asked if they had fresh lettuce the server said no that's how it came off of the truck. Shame on you subway! I will likely not stop at this restaurant again and that is sad because this is a very small town and options are limited.

It was waaay too damn expensive. It will be the last time I ever dine in at any subway restaurants. 30 dollars for a foot long sub a bag of cheetos 3 chocolate chip cookies and a large drink? Totally frikin ridiculous! NEVER AGAIN!!! CROOKS!!!!
