Horrible customer service, like 4 workers sat at the bar talking only. Never asked if I needed anything, food came out cold, was not good at all. Customer service horrible.

Walked in, nobody hosting to start with should have been the sign to leave but it was only 9pm and the store is open till 1am. Took about 5 minutes after seating to get a waitress although this place was dead, maybe 3 tables had customers and a handful at the bar. The waitress was okay but the food was the worst part. Onion rings burnt and sent back....steak over cooked and sent back, overcooked pasta in another meal. All the adults food took awhile but within 5 minutes our kid received his. Probably because they microwaved his food. Myself and another member both ended up sick the next morning. So many employees just hanging around the bar all evening. People need retraining and proper leadership here. The professionalism and experience....overall bad and you have that ripped off feeling when you get the high bill. We still tipped well even though the experience sucked. If this place doesn't get an overhaul just shut it down and I rarely say that.

Overwork staff led to lack of attention from staff. Food was tasty albeit not hot. The wait staff did not come back to how the food was so could not return it. It seems more and more restaurants lack the needed stafd.

Service was slow for the amount of people in the restaurant, food was mid, and my wife’s steak was undercooked. (She should’ve asked to have it cooked more) But she’s too shy, and I couldn’t talk her into letting me ask, so that’s on us. All that, and still spent $100..

Very interesting experience in Texas while waiting for my son to arrive. Sat in the bar area. Server brings my ticket with my food. Couldn't touch the French onion soup. Wasn't asked how my food was or how I was doing. Very uninviting plus terrible food. Reminded me why I don't dine there.

The chicken in the Alfredo pasta was dry and old, and had no flavor. The burger's Temp was almost cold, as it had been sitting on the counter for a while. The strawberries were fresh.
Service: the place was almost empty when we arrived. Even though there were more than one server, one was tending to a couple at the bar, another one was stocking to go salsa or dip containers and the rest were in the back or the other side of the place. We had to wait till the one at the bar finished to get a table. The food took a while to arrive (over 20 mins), and we had to wait till them to get a drink refill, since no one came to check on the table. They weren't rude, they just weren't rendering the service expected at a sit down restaurant, especially when there aren't a lot of customers waiting.

This review will start here and end with corporates, and the manager there knows that, and she didn't care one bit. It was the most worst experience we ever had in this kind of restaurant. We came there for lunch after the Ice exhibit in Gaylord hotel, 2 families, 5 kids! It took them a full hour to get our food out! We have prove of time with the app, and the manager argue with us that it was half an hour tops, they were open Christmas eve so many things ran out which is OK and understandable, but made things delay because they didn't organized their kitchen for the next day (not the customer's problem- work it out). The food was fine when came out but some things were super salty. They didn't even thought to make it up to us by taking things off the tab or free desert, nothing. Instead, when we wanted to discuss our bad experience the manager was super mean and obnoxious. The waitress was nice, always apologized, they send her over with the wrong salad from the kitchen and she offered it to was, super weird, but she shared with was later how frustrated she was too.. bad experience! Never again. Will talk to head corporates.

Service was great but the food was below what you would expect if a typical fern bar

The food when it finally arrived was good. Took a long time to get it out though. I think they are understaffed. There were a lot of dirty tables. The servers were clearing those themselves between orders. The restroom had a locker room smell to it. Have not been to an Applebee's in a long time. Might try a different location.

PASS IT BY... To say the service was horrible is an understatement. There was no communication for about 45 minutes, and when the server finally came out, she had nothing to say about why our food was not out yet. She only asked if we needed a refill of our water. Once we got the food, some orders were incorrect. Some were cold.
Then, to add insult to injury, the bill was wrong, showing a double charge for items. It took an additional 30 minutes for the waitress to get the bills prepared, closed out, and bring our credit card or change back to us.
When the manager finally came over (after we requested him), he lied about the dining room being full as an excuse. We could see the main dining room and it was never full while we were there
I would NEVER go back to that location.

Dietary restrictions: Don't bother telling them. They didn't bother to listen.
