Clearly RENOVATIONS are needed ASAP. Stopped anyway the only open operating and near by for us visiting. 1st of all waiting to be seated over 20mins with my kiddos. Saturday night Yes, but clearly not busy busy with the available staff from my sight. One server greeted me with how many I stated 8 but really only 6 mostly my children that's where the intimidation began for the initial server. She ran back to get someone else this server came up clearly her section to serve but has an attitude with how many guest. Sooo the initial server finally comes and sits us right in front of the kitchen that is clearly not clean whatsoever. Simple order though KIDS meals and one entree with drinks. The initial server actually did a great job organizing us and keeping us in order which I made it pretty transparent anyways to order for us chicken and burgers that's it. My only thing is do not judge the guest that come in not all are going to run you crazy. I kept it nice and clean for my sever as well as a generous tip for assisting at that hour and the guest number. Food fresh and on time as well but I give that to our server...

The service was the worst I’ve ever had, our bartender/server Courtney didn’t refill any of our drinks not one single time and my friends appetizer came out incorrect instead of getting cheese for the pretzel he got Alfredo sauce and honey mustard? She didn’t bother to check on us at all and when she was spoken to she would rush off in a hurry and was disrespectful to my friend telling her to speak up very rudely I’m never one to leave a review but this was needed she wasn’t even able to remember what we ordered and didn’t bother to double check either until we mentioned what was missing and incorrect about our orders, we won’t be back

Came in late afternoon today hardly anyone there, the food was ok, but the service was awful! So incredibly slow!!!! It took over a half hour to get our food, my husband had to ask for simple things multiple times it was absolutely ridiculous
We haven't eaten at Applebee's in years. We decided to try it since it is literally a two minute drive from our home. We were seated. Several staff members looked at us and walked by. My husband asked the hostess if we had a server. He went to get them and never came back. I was highly disappointed.

It's an an Applebee's not a 5 star restaurant so even though it was very clean I can't give it a higher score for atmosphere. I will say the food was surprisingly delicious (Oriental chicken salad and pretzel sticks). I hadn't been to an Applebee's in years so I was really impressed. The highlight was the staff, particularly an employee named Julianna. So polite and attentive. Amazing service! I wouldn't go back for the ambiance but I'd definitely go back for the food and service. Nice work, Applebee's!
