Glenn the General manager was very informative on lots of attractions and activities to do while here in Dallas Fort Worth area! And his gelato is AMAZING! One of the best iv ever tried.

The cashier lady it was rude, I think it was the first time in a ice cream store that someone tell me that I can’t taste more that 2 flavor , it was son dumb. The galato are good but no the customer service. Now I am updating my review after they answer my concern. Additional of this today it was a big line of people, is just and excuse and feel so bad for the owner of this place. If you want to make sure you don’t want to get more bad reviews put at least a big sign of ONE SAMPLE PER PERSON!!!! So dumb!!!!!! Invest your money and hire people that at least smile. Literally my husband almost droop with ice cream on the floor cause feel son insult of the treatment of your staff. How is possible?? That’s why now I will my comment and recommend another place that is better than yours. PLEASE PEOPLE IF YOU WANT A GOOD GELATO THE BEST PLACE IS “BAZARIA” is in plano tx. I always go and the first time I tried at least four flavour because when u are new obviously is new flavours that you want to taste. The customer services is good and the gelato is from another world. Thanks

Only one sample per customer. I'm just trying to decide between two flavors. How am I supposed to know what the ice cream tastes like then? Didn't know a tip of the spoon sample causes the store to file for chapter 11 bankruptcy.
