This is a solid option for the airport. Got the falafel sandwich with the tortilla wrap and no aoli to make it vegan. 4 stars, but mostly just cause it is probably the best option in Terminal D.

The best sandwiches in the whole airport and they have gluten free bread. Their salads have lots of fresh veggies. I also like their coffee. And the staff is very nice. Always a good experience.
Arrived to DFW on a red eye and had little hope of finding any substantial breakfast options. Artisan Market had a clearly labeled veggie burrito with vegan cheese and vegan chorizo. Not cheap, but very flavorful! They also have some juices, fresh fruit, and plant-based milks for coffee drinks.
