Got stuck with a long layover and Artisan Market surprisingly had a tasty vegan breakfast burrito with vegan sausage, vegan cheese, potatoes, and salsa verde. It was a bit expensive ($17.60) but very satisfying. Their menu is also well labeled to identify if items are vegan or vegetarian. I would definitely recommend it to vegans stuck in terminal D!

This is a solid option for the airport. Got the falafel sandwich with the tortilla wrap and no aoli to make it vegan. 4 stars, but mostly just cause it is probably the best option in Terminal D.
