It's Friday May 2nd, 4:45 pm. The sole blonde server is overwhelmed despite there being little clientele. She was upset when I asked for a Heineken and gave me a dirty look. She kept staring at me and she made me feel unwelcome. Stay away from the short blonde female server with the tattoo sleve on the right arm at DFW Airport.

Waiter charged 70.00 to my 25 yr old daughter for 2 margaritas!!! They took advantage of hera!! what an a hole!!! They didn't even ask her They just charged her TOP Shelf!! Never go there again!!

AV8 bar was an oasis in an isolated part of the airport. My bartender Brandy was so nice and accommodating. She made a 4 hr layover go by so fast and made it fun.

I used to order the hot dogs which was excellent and now they get their food thru a neighbor restaurant…horrible…I ordered the pulled pork nachos and all I can say is, “Where’s the pork?”…no pulled beef pork found! So sad…I can hear for the food…no more…I’ll move on to the next locations….good bye AV7 bar and cafe

service was amazing drinks were great. the only problem is that I left my earbuds there. I tried to look for a number to call the location but no number could be found. I was very generous with my gratuity hopefully they will be generous with getting back to me.
It was truly an unacceptable environment for holiday travel.

Brandi is great!! Everywhere else in the airports closed around 9pm but she graciously took care of the customers already at her bar and also told new potential customers they could have a quick one before closing. This is real customer service. Thank you Brandi on behalf of weary, thirsty travelers!
