My wife and I made a visit to Bacchus for our anniversary. Service and food were excellent and the ambiance is great for a night out.
Jadyn was amazing! We had a wonderful specially catered time in the speakeasy, after my first couple drinks Jadyn picked up on my preferences and made me multiple delicious drinks! We had great conversation and the atmosphere made the night magical! Thank you Jadyn for such a great experience!

We had brunch at 10. We all had traditional Eggs Benedict and it was good. The atmosphere was nice and the wait staff were attentive.
Beautiful Festive Dinner place....food was just not good, service was good. We've visited many times before and were much happier with our meal.
In this space you compete with a lot of other high end places. It is very noisy and the food was just ok. I wouldn't recommend it nor going on Christmas just because on how open it is to the hotel lobby.
This was our Christmas Eve dinner and the food was disappointing. We ordered dover Sole, steak tartare, mussels and trout almondine and none of the meals were up to the standards of French cooking. Very plain- tasteless.
This experience was a disaster from the start to the finish, and on Christmas Day as well. We presented and were seated immediately and then sat for 13 minutes, waiting for a waiter to come up to our table. Meanwhile, waiters stood around the hostess table and chatted. When the server finally came to our table, I asked why we had brunch menus on the table when I had specifically booked for the Christmas Day celebration. He stated that this did not start till 5 PM and we had booked at 2 PM. Another person came to our table and explained that I must've been mistaken. I couldn't possibly have booked for Christmas Day special dinner if I booked at 2 o'clock. I did in fact book for the Christmas Day dinner, and while I appreciate that there was nothing that could be done about it at that moment in time if that event did not start till five, but I did not appreciate essentially being told that I was lying and couldn't possibly have booked it for 2 o'clock. Whatever error was present on the app when I booked should not equate to me being wrong. We decided to stay and try and salvage the afternoon. But who wants to eat pancakes or waffles for your Christmas Day meal. My husband and I ordered a drink. And they were out of two of three things he asked for. I ordered Prosecco and it was flat. I waited over 15 minutes for the server to come back to our table to ask for another fresh glass. Now we had been there 45 minutes and still hadn't really had a drink. I had to ask two other servers to go and find our waiter. In the meantime, our food arrived. My husband ordered the brisket sandwich and I ordered the crab eggs Benedict. The brisket was so fatty that every bite he took my husband had to put the fat on the side of plate. When I cut into my egg, the white was still raw and not cooked. Such a disappointing experience and Customer Service and especially on Christmas Day. We ended up leaving with no apology for anything.
We go with a couple of friends every Christmas for lunch. It's always a wonderful experience.
I felt the food was lukewarm, Bloody Mary was watered down , plus my son had to go and look for our server for another drink. Plus y'all were not busy at 10:30 am.
We were seated earlier than the reservation which was nice. The ambience is nice and sheek and the hotel itself has a lot of energy and activity. The drinks are a little pricey but as late they changed their menu and the portions and the taste has gone down hill. Not a single dish was memorable and service was poor. The restaurant was busy but overall I have to say I will not go back. They also now adding some alcohol tax which is weird. The interior is nice and I gone there for many business dinners but this will be the last.

Great experience. Extremely busy because of Christmas holidays, but welcoming attentive staff, great drinks and food. Very enjoyable.
This is probably the 4th or 5th time we've been here for dinner and it seems to be on a gradual decline. Overall service was slow. When he did come by, our server seemed rushed the entire time, took no time to explain anything or offer suggestions, just needed to get on to the next table. The ambiance seems a bit off as well. The tables were very sparse and diner-esk .. just seemed cheap. We were intending on reserving one of the "igloos" one night with friends this winter break, but this experience canceled that thought.
You have your staff so well trained. And of course, going during the holidays- so beautiful.
We had a wonderful brunch at Bacchus. We each had different dishes and enjoyed them all! The Lobster Biscuits, salmon Benedict, French toast, chicken and waffles, and chicken apple sausage are all highly recommended! We enjoyed the holiday decor, and the ambience was enjoyable as well. Our server, Adrien, was also attentive and very friendly!
Poor service overall. The waiter appeared uninterested and did not pay attention to our table, which affected the experience.
