Firstly the food was delicious and came out very quickly and was worth every penny. Then I don't know what happened, we asked our waitress to come over and help us understand the bill as we didn't realize the bill subtotals each category at the bottom, i.e. food, alcohol, etc..and then something went awry! She bent down to hear what my daughter was asking, as it was a little busier at this point and a little louder, but not to bad as to hinder the mood and she immediately said to my daughter stop yelling at me your being rude!!! I couldn't believe what I was hearing! Paying $300.00 for food drinks and tip to be treated with such disrespect. I then said to the waitress, she's not yelling, and she looked right at me and said yes she is. Now she's gone to arguing with the customer. I then wished I hadn't left a generous tip, this was beyond my understanding. I s/w the manager of course and he offered to comp our next meal, but who wants to return to a place for fear of receiving unprofessional treatment again.

This place is gorgeous, set in a stunning hotel. Dinner service was mediocre (one of my party was never offered iced tea refills) and the portions and cooking quality didn't quite live up to the price points. That being said, the drinks, appetizers, and desserts are fantastic and I would come back - but for drinks and light bites, not a full dinner.

Bacchus was fantastic! We sat at the bar and enjoyed our bar tender too! Great beers, great brunch and a fun atmosphere. Went out side an enjoyed a cigar too! Will be back for sure!

It was a great spot with good food. We were there on a weekend for dinner so it was a bit noisy since it's in the lobby of a hotel but still a great time. Service was attentive and pleasant.

We were sitting at the bar this weekend, and waited for about 20 minutes before we were acknowledged and given the menu. This is not the first time this happened there. In fact, they do this ALL the times we've been there. Last few times were a year ago. Actually back then, we waited even longer to get service at the bar and a lovely customer & his wife who were next to us asked if we'd been served. He saw that we were being ignored, so he was kind enough to place the orders for us. All the times we've been there, anyone that came after us, always got served before us. It's almost like we're invisible to the bartenders. They served everybody but us. I hate to have to say this, but the only difference between us and the others were that we were brown. We had liked this place and thought we'd give it a chance after a year. But sadly, nothing changed. Will never go back there again! Have never experienced anything like this actually.

Not the place to eat if you are hungry. The entrée do not come with any sides and portions are small. The taste is ok....nothing amazing. I have been to similar restaurants, some more expensive and for the price this restaurant is charging, it is a disappointment. Great ambiance and staff....just don't come to eat here if hungry. Come to snack

It was a good experience. Not amazing nor was it horrible. It was somewhere in the middle and it seemed to have served its purpose without leaving any good or bad residual memories. I would eat here again because its ambiance radiates beyond its mediocrity.
