You can literally never go wrong at Baja Grapevine. Definitely a family staple for us. Had another great lunch with dad there. Tacos for me and a delicious steak chili relleno for him 😋
We went here April 2025 to satisfy a fish taco craving, and we were not impressed. The order was to go, and for one of the orders, we requested no tortillas.Strange, yes, but that's what we needed for this person. This seemed very confusing for the person taking the order. When we got home, the beans and rice were OK, there was decent slaw and avocado included. But the fish was... scant, like they took normal tilapia filets and split them into 3 thin slices. What was supposed...
I have visited this restaurant several times and have always had a good time. The food is good and so is the service. The queso with meat, pico, and guacamole is delicious. I gave it 4 stars because the atmosphere is a little lacking. The furniture is old and they should invest in some more comfortable chairs. However, it’s a cute cantina and as long as you’re not expecting something fancy, you’ll enjoy it.
