Went through the website not a third party. Pizza was cooked crisper than others, just the way I like it! Delivery was before time slot and everything was hot and fresh! Will visit next time!

We are from Ohio and were beginning to think that Texans just didn't know how to make pizza - until we tried Besa's! Really Good! (We had pepperoni, mushroom, onion with extra sauce)

The food here is absolutely phenomenal! As a self acclaimed pizza snob, I do not have one negative comment to say. Had a pepperoni pizza. The crust is the perfect balance of crispy and chewy. The sauce and cheese profile is full of flavor! You can tell great thought and love was put into their products. Definitely on the top 3 list of local DFW pizzerias in my humble opinion! The staff was also very accommodating, friendly, and helpful!

I had to write a review because it appears a few people in Grapevine think this is good pizza. While DFW does struggle with the pizza game, this is the absolute worst that I have had. The best way to describe the texture is slime. We ended up throwing away two pizzas. Full transparency, I was saddened to see Chelsea Pizza leave. However, you can go to any other pizza place in the area, or try to find that rectangle pizza from elementary school to have a better pizza experience. We will never get good pizza in this area, if we allow this quality of pizza to continue.

Pizza was raw and too thin to support toppings. The spinach on one of our pizzas was absolutely terrible- tasted like sewage smells. There’s plenty of other places around. Unfortunate because you can tell the other toppings and quality were good.

Update after eating their food for the 5th time, (and I don’t write reviews bc I dont have time or the motivation)…Best pizza I’ve had in DFW and I consider myself a pizza connoisseur having tried ~75 local pizzerias in the metroplex. I will be back here many times. Also, since I can’t eat a large by myself, I ate the rest the next day and as stated in other reviews, it was just as good reheated. Wish they were open on Tuesday since I have that day off and always seem to want it then, but I know they need a day off. The lady working the counter ran around just to open the door for me and I could tell they genuinely want to give their customers an excellent meal and experience. I hope the local community tries this place and supports them. My large pizza was actually cheaper than the corporate chains and infinitely better. Eat local and you’ll appreciate it. And their story of starting their restaurant in this country is inspiring. Thank you

This place is sooooooo good! We finally have a real and true NY style pizza place! And even better it was fast and hot when delivered, and the delivery guy was really nice too. We ordered delivery through the website online ordering and it was smooth and hassle free, no lag or weird glitches and restarts.We got a large N.Y. style pepperoni, a calzone a nd two desserts. The pizza was awesome! It was hot and had those perfect foldable big slices, well cooked crust, I ate the whole slice! The calzone was perfectly cooked with awesome crust as well, like eat all the crust lol I honestly haven't even tried the dessert yet!I can't tell you how happy we are that you are here! Thank you!!
