Severely understaffed for the NFL Draft on Thursday night. Had to wait 30 minutes for a waitress to order at my table. Bad planning by Management.

I get here and look for the bartender I had the last time and didn't see her. Then I see this head poke around waving at me?. Later I hear, Yasha, are done with that menu?I've only been here once before and the beautiful SADE remembered my name. Lady you made my day! Thanks for being amazing.Oh the wings, perfect. Fries, just like I make them at home. The best part will always be the pineapple Margarita ? ?

I was invited to my brother in-laws bday dinner here on 04/18/24. It was my first time ever at Boomer Jacks, seen them pop up, but never heard about them, and now don't recommend, at least this location in particular. To say the least, with that being said, my personal experience may or may not be the same or similar for others. The server that we had, she had okay service, providing *some* refills as she looks passing by the table. She didn't smile, looked very irritated and acted like we were a bother to her. We didn't say anything. After half of the party had arrived, she came to the table to take the other drink orders and placed a couple appetizers. We waited approximately 30 minutes for fries pickles and when they came out, the breading on them was still mushy, little under fried, pickles were soggy, but they were VERY hot and fresh out of the fryer.A little while later, the server came back to check on us, and Everytime shed come to the table, she would start slowly turning to walk away while she was mid-sentence as if she knew what we were going to say or ask, rather than asking if we were ready or giving us the very 5 seconds to respond and say what we are wanting. We felt very rushed, and as if we were being blamed by actions for her attitude or whatever she had going on. She was like this from the beginning. The food was barely warm and undercooked. When we were all done, we were sitting waiting for her to come back for the check. When she finally brought the check back, we noticed a couple "up charges" that clearly were for Xtras ordered, not disputing that, but what was displayed on the menu, was $2.99 to "SUB" the regular beef patty to a WAGYU patty. There are no "add-ons" on their menu. So, assuming SUB would also be to add....I mean where are your add-ons and pricing for said add-ons? But, the issue with this is, a WAGYU burger combo was ordered, just made a double rather than the single it comes with. So, we were expecting to pay $2.99 for the added patty, but the check shows over $4 for that one patty. When asked for a manager because we attempted to make it right with the server and asked her where is the $4 up charge on your menu? There's nothing showing it's $4 to add, but rather only $2.99 to SUB. It was already a WAGYU burger, just added another. I'm not subbing, I'm adding. The server raised her voice towards us and told us "It's $4, not $2.99. I handed her a menu and I asked her to please show me on there where it reflects "add-ons" and she said "they should be on there"...kept looking, couldn't find it. So, she proceeds to say, "so the sun is to simply substitute regular for WAGYU because WAGYU is a higher quality beef". Okay? I didn't ask how much better it is than regular beef.Ultimately, we got the manager and she was just as arrogant. Didn't care about a dang word we said. She ASSUMED and kept trying to "clarify" her response to my question 3 times. I understand there's no "rule" or "Law" that states they can't have a "hidden" menu or anything, I'm aware restaurants have Al carte menus (secret/hidden) menus where it isn't reflected on the menu but rather by request. I didn't ask for a hidden or secret item or order. This meal was on the only menu they gave us. You may not be required to reflect it on the menu, but if it isn't on the menu and someone asks to "Add" or "sub" something, they are required to tell you the price if it's more or less than what you're consciously aware of paying. The manager, with her snobby rear-end can take a hike and get lost in the wilderness for all I care. She claims they aren't required to inform you of any extra charges and I've got news for her, if she keeps operating like that, they will find themselves in a world of Legal trouble.I am, myself, a restaurant manager and I wouldn't dream of treating one of my customers like she

Service was great! Ambiance, typical for a sports bar. Food, once again, typical fare. Better half ordered Cobb Salad.....huge could have fed the whole table. Favorite brother ordered a plate for the table, mozzarella sticks, Chicken nuggets, some kind of Mexican egg roll that was spicy . Sister and her husband split a burger which was more than enough for both of them. Favorite brother ordered beef nachos that looked amazing. His better half ordered quesadillas, of which she could not finish. But she liked them. As for myself, ordered off kids menus. Chicken nuggets with barbecue sauce and fries. Ate some, but wasn't outstanding. I guess for a kid it would be very good. I can say we ate here.

Met a buddy to watch an afternoon baseball game. When I first got there I noticed they were playing music, it was louder than I would have liked but the music was ok. We ordered an appetizer, Mozzarella balls, which were delivered quickly. They were hot and tasted good. Then we ordered the brisket sandwich. The sandwich was really good, the fries were a little soggy they could have been crisper. Our server took good care of us with just the right amount of attention.Once we started watching the baseball game I tuned out the music and didn't notice it anymore. We also watched the Masters golf tournament. There were at least two other baseball games on that I watched a little. Good food and many TV screens to watch, what more do you want?

Great food and service! We enjoyed the outdoor patio with the wood burning fireplace.

Always excellent. Come for happy hour and sit on their very large, mostly covered, climate controlled patio complete with lots of TVs. Dog friendly also! The service is always great. We visit frequently and can say that we have never been disappointed. The food is upscale more so than bar food. I understand they have a good selection of gluten free meal options. There's plenty of variety on their menu, and they also have happy hours pricing on some items. On this visit, we didn't drink any alcoholic beverage mostly because we were on a time crunch. Here's what we ordered: MOZZARELLA BITES - hand-cut fresh mozzarella, breaded to order, with marinara. There's plenty to share and about average quality for cheese sticks. JACK'S SAMPLER - bites, southwest egg rolls, and boneless wings. We seem to get these a lot because it satisfies everyone at the table. SOUTHWEST EGGROLLS - topped with green onion, served with avocado ranch and house-made queso. Apparently, we can't get enough of these. They're pretty darn tasty. BONE-IN WINGS - 5, 10, 20 or 35 wings with choice of toss sauce and house-made dip. Not sure about these wings, but I think there's a giant chicken chicken farm somewhere that raises chickens with freakishly large wings and sells them to Boomerjacks. They are outstanding! I like the flats and the kitchen tries to accommodate my request. I prefer Boomerjack's wings over any other restaurant. Try them, you'll see what I mean. The ambiance is big American restaurant meets even bigger sports bar. It's a lively place that's, unfortunately, kinda on the noisy side. We sit outside to mitigate the noise level. There's plenty of TVs. It's a dog friendly restaurant. Overall, it's one of our favorite restaurants.
