Ms. Claudia and her team cook with love. Today have one of the best cheese burgera pickles tomatoes 🍅 and onions I ever had. Let's not forget the piping hot 🍟 fries with no salt with sweet ☕ tea and no ice to match. Which was so divine. May Yahweh El Gibbor continue to bless the work of your hands. This food was something of the hottest and fresh I have tested at Braum's Fast Food location. Way to lead the Fast Food Industry. Let's go Legacy. One Chef to another.
Very friendly staff and my double dips sundaes always look presentable and not just thrown together.

Two stars are for the ice cream being so good. Shouldn’t have to wait 23 minutes in line at drive thru to get it. Couldn’t get out of line because we were all boxed in for the cars asked to pull forward for their orders. Officially the worst location of any drive through in all my years…..

There was 21 in our group of varying ages. The restaurant was super busy but they still managed to cater and provide awesome service kudos to the team

I can clearly understand the 3.0 stars the service is horrible. I got breakfast one morning, was given the incorrect food, but I thought let me try again. Next morning they had me standing there for over 10 mins while they cleared out the drive thru. I was there before any of the cars showed up. It’s so sad how horrible customer service has become.
After coming from the beautiful grapevine lights decide to do a quick stop with the family to eat ice cream unfortunately they were about to close and when we been ask what we want manager Angie was so rude and everytime we ask for something in the order she roll her eyes making us feel very uncomfortable. Place was dirty definitely never stop here again
