This place is in the old Brew and Batter building. The coffee prices have gone way up. I paid $8 for a 12 oz oatmilk latte. The 20 oz was over $9 as is. They also no longer serve their awesome gluten free waffles. I am highly disappointed and will not be back. The coffee was good but not for that price.

I was not expecting their Italian sandwich to hit as hard as it did.

Brew and Batter had fantastic service. Me and my group of friends loved the atmosphere, service, and the coffee they provided. Very grateful for small businesses like these that put their heart in their work.

Loved my Cortado and the pumpkin oatmeal cookie. The music is super chill and the atmosphere is very cozy. Just what I was looking for to kill some time.

Best coffee I've had in the south. If you're looking for real coffee - especially if you're an expat or on layover looking to pass some time - head in to Grapevine for this, it won't disappoint.

First off, we thought this place was closed...as none of their open signs were on.
That said, I came here to get a waffle and was met with "we can only do begals.
Was very disappointed as I had my heart set on experiencing the fullness of this establishment.
How can you not continuously NOT provide a product that is clearly in your name.
Waffle House makes waffles 24/7.

Then, they were clueless with how and what we ordered and mixed up the order with another customer.
We had to sort it out ourselves with the other customer.

The cash register attendant seemed clueless and disconnected with the customers as she took the orders.

She overcharged us for 2 drinks instead of 1, on a gift card, which she couldn't figure out how to scan the gift card to begin with.

The overall mood and atmosphere that the employees presented, was one out of "I have to be here" rather than a "pleasure to serve you".

The owner should seriously consider hiring associates with a bend towards customer service, and attributes that include higher energy.

That said, my wife stated the beverage of her choosing was delightful and affordable.
