Love the service here, I requested and Irish trashcan and the Kimberly (bar tender) didn’t know how to make it, she looked up the ingredients and made my drink, I will definitely be coming back here when I’m in the Dallas airport, the bar tender goes over and beyond to please the customer.

My wife and I would like to recognize a young man named Mr. Juma for his exceptional service. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and demonstrated outstanding customer service throughout our visit. It’s not often you come across someone so professional and courteous. We highly recommend this place, and especially commend Mr. Juma for making our experience a pleasant one.

Airport bar - alternative to Centurion Club which had a wait time of 30 minutes (whomp whomp). Lunch was ordered and served within our 30 minute layover. Phew! The mushroom burger was great ( simply asked chef not to add the beef the cheeseburger menu suggested). Good beers on tap - the sweet potato fries were a little soggy. We were happy to have food. The two lunch plates and two beers totaled $79.00 - a day pass At Admirals club was the same price. 🤔

Very reasonable prices for airport beer with efficient and friendly service. Enjoyed the beer they had on tap. 3 stars for atmosphere only because there is nothing distinctive and chargers seem to be dying

The Company set the employees up for failure! They knew they were remodeling and did not stock food inventory.
Kimberly was helpful and tried to calm customers.
Adam was mad and disgruntle with his company! Also Adam didn’t know how to manage customers because of the lack of inventory and just said nothing I can do about it.
