WORST customer service waited 40 minutes to get my order out just to get the manager to say sorry for the wait these are FRESH wing just made and well should I just say the wing weren't fresh and where cold. Should of just waited 45 min tonget seated at Pluckers.

I will never return to this place. The employees were very rude. I was there waiting for an hour and they never called me. The tables were empty. They were just walking around and the tables were dirty. A very bad place.
This location seriously needs to reevaluate its priorities—starting with safety and basic upkeep. We came for the UFC fight, and as we were leaving (still a full hour before closing), we were shocked to find the entire parking lot completely dark. Every light was off. My wife had to walk through pitch-black conditions to get to our car. That’s not just inconsiderate—it’s unsafe.
To make matters worse, the landscaping around the restaurant is in horrible condition. It looks like an abandoned building or something out of a ghost town—not what you’d expect from a major national chain. Between the lack of lighting and the dead, overgrown landscaping, the entire place gives off a neglected, careless vibe.
Disappointed is an understatement. We won’t be returning until serious improvements are made. Corporate needs to take a look at this location—fast.
