Drive through was super pleasant and quick! I got an iced oat vanilla latte and it might be the best in the Grapevine/Southlake area. Lady with curly hair and christmas headband gave me a free cake pop for Christmas! Definitely recommend and will be back.

Tried to write the company but no response. This location lacks customer service. Twice I have ordered bagged coffee and order was excepted and paid for and I get to the location and they don't have it and want me to arrange a refund with a manager that is not at this location. The staff was very unprofessional. I will order from the corporate office in the future. Excited when Caribou opened here but will not be back.

I went to Caribou this morning to get a coffee for the first time. I am a diabetic so I needed sugar free options. Makaylah the manager was so kind & helpful with an upbeat personality. She gave me options & recommended sugar free flavors. My coffee tasted wonderful. I will be going back soon. Thank you Makaylah for all your help & for being so friendly.

Appreciated the insight the barista gave. LOVE the Cranberry dark chocolate espresso! Every time I go it's easy to order and tastes GREAT! Love it! Got some gift cards for some important medical workers.

This place is such a nice addition to the area! It reminds me of LA 🌞 the coffees are consistent and they actually have a vegan breakfast option that is so delicious and unique! It’s hard to find that mix here in Dallas for a decent price especially in this area. On top of that the employees are so sweet!

Love the hot chocolate here! They use real chocolate pieces that they melt and I always ask for extra. It comes out sooooo incredibly rich and truly chocolaty. It perks me up, helps hold over my appetite and gives me a boost better than coffee’s caffeine from the cocoa. So good! Super happy they finally opened a location closer to me here in DFW. I used to go to them up north in Minnesota. 🤤
