Charleys Cheesesteaks

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! THEY ARE SUPER SLOW ON PURPOSE!!! MY SANDWICH CAME WITH NOTHING ON IT!!! WTH?! Then when I told them I didn’t get my fries he asked to see my food so I can prove it, da fuk??!! The sandwiches are NOT good!!! Go to the Charlies at the Forum!!! They get a full 15 from me on a scale of 1-10!!!

We ordered from here and had it delivered 3x this week and every order was made correctly. Thanks for making the orders right! The fries are the best and can easily fill you up. The Philly is our go to but we also enjoy the teriyaki and chicken with Chipotle ranch.

My 11 year old and I just ate there while shopping. I grabbed my food and turned to walk away and didn’t realize the big silver container of ketchup got stuck in my purse. The lid was not on correctly and the whole thing fell spilling on the floor, myself, and everyone around me. First off, accidents happen I get it, second, it wouldn’t have splattered everywhere if the lid was on all the way. The lid was still hooked on my purse. Then I let the worker know right away and I was blown away at his reaction. He tilted his head to the sky a few times and was not happy. I asked for rags and he told me there wasn’t any. I’ve worked in restaurants for 25 years and have had absolutely everything under the sun spilled on me or spilled where I right away cleaned and let whoever it was know that it’s ok. This gentleman was busy so I understand the frustration but maybe, just maybe a bit of understanding and compassion would go a long way. And,,,,,, never ever leave a giant container of ketchup with a lid barely hanging on. Very disappointing

The service was extra friendly on a Tuesday. The cashier gave me an extra cup of water and was very polite. Even the cook said, “Here you are, sir.” When handing me my Philli. They cleaned the cook top between sandwiches and gave me a lot of meat.

In this store, They charged me twice, I used my Apple Pay and they deducted the money from my card, I told the person who helped me and he told me that this happens very often with customers and that they would return my money later, and I paid a second time in cash and they did not return my refund to my card.

I didn't like it at all...........

The place was clean . They quickly got my order . I Ordered the chicken California cheesesteak. They gave me beef instead of chicken. I gave it back and ask for chicken. They corrected the error quickly after a discussion amongst themselves in another language. The sandwich was meahhhh..not a lot of flavor. Didn't really like it so I didn't finish it. The fries were delicious . It is a thicker cut French frie salted perfectly. They had the crisp exterior with the warm tender middle. The lemonade was tart and sweet with plenty of ice.
