Here's why I spent a $100 on an over priced dinner which didn't fill me and my hubby up. .
BEWARE!
Waiter did not mention additional costs.
Martini was $13 for the drink + $4 for Titos then $1 for each olive added. I had 2 martinis. My hubby had 2 as well. Totalling $38

The bowl of soup was literally a measured 1 cup of soup for $14.99. I have Ramen at home.

Who charges $3.50 to use a card for payment.
I understand charging fees can reduce cash related risks however this restaurant isn't a small business but ran by a corporation so charging this higher than normal percentage is outrageous and patronizing. To me as a paying customer.

In my opinion this establishment doesn't value, respect, nor is grateful for their profits and customer.

We came here for breakfast attending some event at Gaylord resort. Downtown Grapevine is definitely a great place to visit and explore. This restaurant served some great breakfast and coffee.
We enjoyed our visit and breakfast. Great selection and delicious offerings.

O.M.Gee!!!! Some of the best food I've ever had. The atmosphere was fun, inviting & just an all around great experience. Only issue we encountered is that it was extremely loud & hard to hear each other talk. We will definitely be back.

Our favorite go to place in grapevine. Food is magnifique and service is always phenomenal! I love that there is live music on Saturday nights.

We love Chez Fabian. The wait staff is super attentive and friendly. The food was served quick and hot. Everything was good, the music by the saxophone player is fun and perfect. It was a birthday dinner and the desert was excellent.

We dine here often and really enjoy the food. Last night we were seated in the back room away from the bar. It's a fun place and the bar area can get a bit loud. Back room was quiet enough to have a good conversation. The food is fantastic. Spinach and artichoke dip is decadent. Mussels and fries are off the charts. Huge serving of fresh mussels perfectly cooked and seasoned. We've eaten mussels in France and Belgium. Chez Fabien's are best we have ever had. Our server was personable and efficient. She checked on us but we never felt hurried even on one of the busiest nights of the year. Chez Fabien's is a gem.

I am SO disappointed in this cute little place. We met for lunch, had cocktails, and each person ordered an entree. At our sweet server’s recommendation, one person ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes, with the intention of sharing a sandwich and the pancakes. (Four people, four entrees.) When we received our bill, we were charged $4 for a split plate fee. While annoying in general at a place where a club sandwich is $20, we feel the split plate fee was uncalled for as every person had en entree. And, the pancakes came on one plate—not even split! We asked the manager about it and instead of apologizing or comping the $4, he was rude, smug, and blamed the owner. It was just such an unexpected and impolite ending to an otherwise delightful lunch. It is unusual someone in the service industry would choose to alienate customers instead of removing an uncalled for charge on our bill. Also, a charge for a “split plate” is not listed anywhere on the menu.

No one was disappointed! I spent a few years in France and one of their staples was the croque monsieur, so I decided to give it a shot. I was absolutely blown away! The wife ordered a panini with tomato basil and it was incredible! Wish the service was a tad more attentive

I've never been before, but we will be back! We thoroughly enjoyed our evening. The food and drinks were fabulous and the service was stellar (thanks to Alexa).
