Lovely place for a casual meal or a business meeting. All the expected bistro ingredients are really excellent. Love the staff they are attentive without being overbearing.

This was our first visit to this restaurant. Did not know what to expect. We just wanted to try a new place. We were delighted with the food and service. The gentleman who waited on us provided us with good recommendations for a cocktail and the entrees. We ordered the french old fashioned, espresso martini, Atlantic salmon and crème brûlée. Every item was delicious and the entrees were served at the right temperature. The only thing we were not comfortable with was the noise level. There was a live band. We normally like a quieter environment. We will return on a week day next time. I highly recommend the food.

It was my 75th birthday ... a special milestone ... we were given the MOST ATTENTIVE, sweet, witty, accommodating waitress to serve us in grand style for this momentous celebration!!! What waitress? BRITTANY!! I am not a wine connoisseur by any stretch of the imagination. I described what I like, she listened attentively, and said, I will right back. Brittany returned with a sample ... she NAILED IT first try!!! Our dinner of the filet, the lobster grilled cheese/lobster bisque, and the grande finale bread pudding, with an added fire sparkler, were nothing short of amazing!! My birthday was spectacular!!! At the end, we discovered Brittany and I lived in the same New Mexico town ... Hobbs, NM!!! Crazy wild!!! My memories are mine forever!!! Hubby loved it as much as I did!! Thank you, Brittany and CHEZ FABIEN!!

Chez Fabien in Grapevine is an absolute gem. If you're a fan of French cuisine—or just appreciate beautifully prepared food with warm hospitality—this place should be at the top of your list. The menu is a delightful blend of classic French flavors and Texas charm. Every dish I've tried has been spot-on: rich, flavorful, and plated with care. Whether it's a buttery croissant in the morning or a perfectly cooked duck confit at dinner, the kitchen consistently delivers excellence. The staff is equally impressive—attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about the experience they're creating. You feel welcomed from the moment you walk in, and that warmth lasts through the final bite. In a state known for barbecue and Tex-Mex, Chez Fabien stands out as a refined, delicious escape to Paris. Highly recommended for date nights, brunch with friends, or anyone craving a little European flair in Texas.

This restaurant is connected to a bakery and you can order from it to your table. My granddaughters were enjoying kolaches and croissants. Lidia was our server and provided excellent service. She was attentive and friendly. I also liked that the manager stopped by to say hello and check on us. The restaurant theme is Parisienne and offers a nice ambiance. It is clean and very pretty.

This place isn't what it used to be. We went for brunch. We were told it would take 45 minutes for our table to be ready so we took a walk down Main Street and 15 minutes into our walk we had reached the end of the street and we got a text saying the table was ready. Unfortunately that meant that took another 15 minutes to get back to the restaurant. While I was happy that the table was ready early it would have been nice to have gotten a better estimate to begin with so we wouldn't have walked so far away. One seated I ordered the eggs Benedict. The eggs were undercooked to the point that the clear egg white spilled out of it when I cut into it. The English muffin was soggy, not crispy. The potatoes were also soggy and cold. The only reason I didn't return it is because I wanted to eat with everyone else who had their food, not wait for another plate. When the server came around to refill our cups, twice she dropped stuff on our table, once it was ice on my plate making my already cold and soggy meal more cold and soggy. We won't be going back for brunch but I may still try them again for dinner.

Food and service was outstanding, music, even at the back of the restuarant was too loud to have a conversation

It’s been a minute since the last time I’ve eaten here. Love the updates! The service is great, atmosphere inviting and the food is delicious. I had the Santa Monica grilled chicken sandwich and my lovely wife had the French Dip. Highly recommend both. The desserts are off the chart and we decided to go with the crème brûlée with berries.

Second time eating here and food and service again were outstanding. I had the seafood pasta and my wife had the prime beef sandwich. Both were fantastic. Split a Caesar salad for appetizer and did get charged a plate fee. Next time will just eat out of one bowl. They had a fantastic musician Ford playing and the vibe was great. We were going to leave, but so enjoyed him that we sat outside after to have drinks so we could continue to listen.
