This place is awesome! The chicken biscuit was massive and incredibly tasty with the honey and blue cheese crumbles. Great atmosphere and a very walkable location.
10 of us stayed at Hotel Vin for my birthday, which is on NYE, and all I wanted to do was watch the TCU semifinal game in harvest hall at the Third Rail. We grabbed some yummy food and headed inside third rail to watch the game. About 30 minutes into the game we found out that they were setting up for a New Year’s Eve party that night and one employee had told us that we needed to be out of there in 45 minutes. My husband and I panicked because there was no where else to watch the game. We spoke to the amazing manager of harvest hall, Mitch, and he was so nice and accommodating. He told us that we were welcome to watch the entire game and not to worry about getting out of there before it ended. He was so gracious and did not have to do that, but he wanted us to be happy and he even routed for TCU! What a great guy! Makes as want to come back and support him for his kindness. Thank you, Mitch! And Go Frogs!
My wife ordered chicken fingers, Mac and Cheese, and a Chicken biscuit and it took 50 minutes to arrive. Not sure how it tasted since we couldn’t wait for the completed order text because we had to catch a train.
While visiting family in Fort Worth, we ventured over to Grapevine to check out Harvest Hall. Set up like a food court but much nicer surroundings than just your ordinary mall food court. Interesting dining options with a variety of choices.
I waited in line for 30 min, then another 30 for 2 fries and an okra. I watched more complicated orders that came after mine get their food before me only to be told that my order makes prep difficult. My kid is hungry, go in order, it's really that simple. I hate tipping ahead then being treated this way. Annnd, go figure, damn fries aren't even hot. Definitely learned my lesson.
Great concept but terribly crowded and food was OK not spectacular. The noise level in this place is deafening due to its size and high ceilings. Hard to find a place to sit and know where to go for tableware or drink machines that have things like Coke Zero. Didn’t try the bakery but it could have been great. There are many choices of kinds of food. I had Pizza, it was ok, my Husband had sandwiches and he said they were good. This a multiple choice place, you walk around to the kind of food you like such as a food court. Very pretty place!
All the items on the menu are so creative! The biscuits are so fluffy and. the chicken is juicy.Pricing is fair for a food court, and I always walk away full. due to the breakfast-ey nature of their food, I wish they were open earlier.
Food looked amazing and tasted great. However the chicken portion was pretty small and mostly breading maybe 4 ounces of chicken. Biscuit was good but very crumbly. Overall tasty but I would’ve liked a little more for $13
Looked tasty. Biscuit was stale, similar to hard tack. Chicken was like the kind you'd get from a gas station heat lamp. Fries and jam were nice.Probably just Tuesday late afternoon is the wrong time.
The best chicken sandwich I have ever had! The goat cheese with the pepper jelly and homemade biscuit was perfection.

Biscuits were great. Chicken was good, fries were good. Not a fan of the sausage gravy or the $18 price tag for a sandwich and fries. To top it off they expect a tip for simply taking your order??? They don't serve the food, you pick it up, they don't refill your drinks or clear your table, they don't even have to do your dishes since you get disposable forks and paper trays to eat on. So why do they expect a 20% tip like a server at a restaurant gets? Why is it automatically added when you go to sign and you have to adjust it in front of the employee who may now treat your food bad? The pressure and entitlement is ridiculous. I didn't leave a full 20% tip and the employees attitude changed instantly. With the prices they charge the owner should have plenty to pay their employees well and not leave them expecting and feeling entitled to a tip as if they served you a meal like a waitress would have earned.
We LOVE Harvest Hall. Truthfully the food options are a little pricey so most often we just order drinks and eat dinner at home. We LOVE the live music in Third Rail and will heading back later this month for one of their mixology classes. I can't wait! If you can afford it, it's a great casual dining spot for families. My kids love to play in the fountain out front on a hot day. For date night, grab a drink at the Hotel Vin first and then make your way to Third Rail for the music at 7pm. Oh, BTW, ignore the option to reserve a table for Third Rail. There is a reservation option online for $20 a person. In our experience, you can get there right at 7pm and have ZERO problems getting a table for FREE. The building could not have been designed any better. It's gorgeous, with every detail executed to perfection. What an outstanding addition to main street. Do go!
I was so excited because I thought the concept was cool, however, I was seriously disappointed. From the dry, flavorless chicken and biscuits to the over-seasoned greens (as if I was eating a mouth full of salt) to the insane prices - this place was a let down to say the least. Plain and simple, I won’t eat here again, a very disappointing experience.
It is a nice facility. The restaurant options are meh…. The food took too long and was blah…. They have a good happy hour. Not sure I will return.
