While this is my “go to” Chick-fil-a restaurant, it is so frustrating to not receive all the items you paid for. I of course did not discover this until I was home. Calling the store is an endless loop of menu options or voicemail boxes that are not set up. Be sure you check your bags before you pull away!

Great service is an expectation here, and this location does not disappoint. The dining room is large and was spotless during visits. The service is exceptional, featuring polite managers who ensure a pleasant experience. The menu offers a variety of options, including perfectly cooked chicken that is juicy and flavorful, which is a popular choice. The crispy, fresh waffle fries complement the meals well. Overall, the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant dining environment, making it a great spot for a meal in the Grapevine area.
