I'm a vegan Christian & this was by far the 1ST FRESH SIDE SALAD I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF EATING IN A FASTFOOD. I GOT THE KALE WHICH HAD CABBAGE & A TASTY DRESSING. IF I WAS STILL EATING MEAT I WOULD PREFER HERE BECAUSE YOU HAVE FRESH WHOLESOME SIDES LIKE COOKING AT HOME. From restroom to dining room & customer service; the manager came to my table and cleared it. It doesn't get any better for fastfood. I have worked fastfood & it was genuine.

Wow, I was shocked at how small my spicy chicken biscuit was ! The chicken was in the shape of a small triangle and the biscuit was dense, square and just not nearly as good as in the past.

Apparently, there’s no urgency for folks that are inside. Only the drive-through and I had to go find my food after about five minutes. Six minutes of waiting after watching the two folks behind me get their food sit down and eat so not very good service and I think I’ll skip a Chick-fil-A from now on thank you.

Did a $300 lunch order for my co-workers. They did not put any of the sauces in our 24 orders. Not one. I called, cause great service and all, and the “supervisor” who answered didn’t really seem to care. Mistakes happens, but make it right. It was not our pleasure today.
Always issues with missing items. Doesn’t matter if its a mobile order or in person, always check your bag. We go to the southlake location now, they are 5 ⭐️’s. Good luck to you.
