Did not inform the fry’s aren’t gluten free with a dedicated fryer until getting food.
Spent almost $50 for family to eat knowing was a safe space. But it’s that my chic fil a in Bryant Arkansas has dedicated fryer not chic fil a. Only the grilled nuggets was gluten free. Next time will choose a safe space.
Worst chick fil an around. Manager Ana is rude. Only focus on drive through, go in and you have to wait 15 minutes. Drive to a different location in flower mound or off of main, don’t go here!
Fell in their restaurant- floors were so slick - should have never been open for use! The owner refuses to return phone calls to discuss the medical needs or provide an incident report or offer more than a "I'm sorry". The manager on duty offered I'm sorry only - no bag of ice after falling on the back of my head.
I would love to find the mom that found me, helped me, and asked for help for me {that the restaurant states never happened} if you are the woman that helped...read full review
