Food is good but the guy running the drive thru has a rude demeanor. He'll ask how can I help you at the speaker and as begin speaking he cuts you off and tells you to hold on. Then after you place the order and proceed to the window. He hurries you by handing you your card, then the drink and then the food as quickly as he can. He needs to be reminded to be more courteous and patient
Chicken Express in Grapevine (Northwest Hwy) catered an event for us and every single thing about it was excellent! JC is such a consciousness & service oriented manager! His service really took a ton of stress off of us and everyone loved the yummy food! - The store is also very clean and staff is friendly. HIGHLY recommend.
This location has been recently renovated and added cornhole and giant connect 4. The manager has taken this Chicken Express to a much higher level of service and quality then it has ever been before.
