One Star – They Ruined the Skillet Queso
I don’t know what’s going on at Chili’s, but whoever decided to mess with the skillet queso needs to answer for their crimes. First off, they got rid of the handle on the skillet, so now it’s just a sad little cast-iron bowl. What’s the point of calling it “skillet queso” if it doesn’t even come in a skillet? But honestly, that’s not even the worst part—the queso itself is not the same. It used to be thick, creamy, and delicious, but now it’s this weird, watery mess that barely clings to a chip. It’s like they just gave up on quality.
I used to come here specifically for that queso, but if this is what they’re serving now, I don’t see a reason to come back. Super disappointing.

After a frustrating 30-minute wait and being completely ignored at the Fireside Restaurant inside Great Wolf Lodge, we decided to leave and head to Chili’s. Honestly, it was the best decision we could have made. From the moment we walked in, the service was amazing. The staff was so attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome and valued. We didn’t have to wait long, and our server checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was perfect.
The food was fantastic as well! It was a huge step up from what we experienced earlier in the day. We were all so relieved to have found a place that truly cares about its customers. I can’t recommend Chili’s enough for anyone looking for great food and exceptional service. Definitely a place we’ll return to the next time we’re in the area!

They were all so sweet and nice the food was amazing and will always recommend to go eat at! They were so sweet and loving to my family and we never have have to be disappointed Always pick chilis to go eat especially this one LOVE

I was so disappointed with the treatment by the hostess. It was a busy night and we were just stopping in for a drink at the bar, which is ALWAYS open seating. Not a “table” in the bar area, but literally wanted to sit at the bar where there were 7 open barstools.
The hostess said we would have to go on the wait list and it would be up to 45 minutes. I told her we weren’t here to eat and just wanted to grab a barstool, and she said no. I pointed out the empty barstools and she said they weren’t doing open seating for the bar… I asked if Chilis changed their bar seating policies recently? She said no it’s just tonight…
Her attitude during this exchange was extremely rude and dismissive. I was just so confused as to what was happening. We decided to leave and won’t return to this location, which sucks because we love Chilis as a guaranteed good drink or meal.

We had a waitress that we only saw perhaps 3 times. I had to get the manger to adjust a dish that I wanted bc not being able to sub something was crazy to me. I had other waiters bring me different things, the check, to go boxes and cups. Just ridiculous!!!!
Service was really great. No issues, recognition to Lindsey!!
Had dinner with my friend and her husband about a week ago at this location. Service was great, food was delish, and we totally enjoyed our evening.
Vegetarian options: I had the spicy black bean burger and it was really good!
