Went on a Sunday... wasn't busy, seated immediately. Waited quite a while for our food despite the lack of patrons. Nothing outstanding about food or service, but no complaints either.

I placed a to go order for my grandson at the to go window at the Grapevine TX mall. It was quick, he liked it and the person at the window was friendly.

Came here excited it was the only I ate today when I left I would say about and hr later I had food poisoning went to the ER . I had the burger bites

We went for a quick bite on July 5th. Daniel was our server and he was absolutely wonderful! He answered our questions before we asked. I got the dragonfruit tea and typically its too sweet. He offered to do half and half to cut the sweetness of it. Normally when I ask for stuff like that, servers dont like it because they feel its extra but Daniel was very accommodating. He even brought a 2nd glass with ice and water so I could offset the sweetness more if I needed.
Our experience was wonderful.

I enjoy dining at Chilis and have done so at several different locations. However my Girlfriend and I were at the one in the Grapevine Mills Mall. And we had a bad experience. Not only did it take too long to get our order placed, but it was done incorrectly, Yes we did get a discount on our meal price so I appreciated that. But at the same time. They were understaffed so it took way longer than it should have for us to get in and get out. So I don't think we will be dining there again.

Noah our server, and all the staff front to back were awesome. Ordered ultimate smokehouse combo, bone in wings, & Mac & cheese for the kiddo. Everything was hot, fresh & great and will definitely be coming back.

My girlfriend and I came to eat at this Chilis location 3 days ago. We approached the host stand and were seated at a small booth. We waited 5 minutes and were not greeted by any server. 2 more couples were seated after us and were served immediately upon sitting down. We looked around and made eye contact with several servers who never made their way towards our table. We were baffled as to why TWO couples who were seated AFTER us were served before us. There were several servers and a manager standing around near the bar and not a single person came up to our table. This was an extremely upsetting experience at Chili’s. I grew up going to Chilis almost every week and have never experienced anything like this. Ridiculous.

Great hamburger and fries! They were fresh and hot.

I’ve had green stuff in it cups where filthy and stuff was floating in the drinks we left because we where scared to eat food from there

I love the service. The GM Lindsay was awesome , she is very friendly. I will definitely be back to eat there. The food was delicious. I was very impressed by cleanness of the restaurant.
