I love the service. The GM Lindsay was awesome , she is very friendly. I will definitely be back to eat there. The food was delicious. I was very impressed by cleanness of the restaurant.

They did not attend this place, Tomás a waiting turn and after 20 minutes you receive a text message that your table is ready, when you arrive it is a lie there is a total disorder and they ask you to take another turn for another 20 minutes, the Customer's time is very valuable, you cannot play with this, there are other restaurants that are interested in serving and respecting their customers, I do not recommend it! Go to another place.

Why our server was amazing, the hostess was cleaning the table behind me and sprayed me with cleaning products right on the side of my face. No apologies just eyes rolls.. the manager didn’t even come apologize smh. Eyes still burning.. just glad she didn’t spray my kids since they were sitting right there as well. Wouldn’t recommend going while the hostess is cleaning she is a bit off and doesn’t understand not spraying customers while eating or sitting in the vicinity with cleaning products.

UPDATE: Brinker did reach out and offer a 40 dollar food credit. But look at my eye, look at my face. I am soooo mad. Not only did I have to remove my lashes after this but I had to lose my deposit I paid to have my daughters and I professional photos taken. And still no apology from the hostess who sprayed not once but twice. I’m starting to think she did it on purpose.

Oh my word! We stopped in for dinner and honestly, I didn't have much expectations for a restaurant at the mall but boy, did they prove me wrong! We had some of the absolute best service I've had in a very long time from Evan Peters! Fast, extremely friendly, bubbly, made us laugh, and very attentive to us the entire time! If you decide to stop in, you HAVE to ask for Evan! You won't regret it! Way to go, Evan, for your excellent service! You are a great example of loving what you do you, and it shows. I hope you're leading training or have more responsibilities because you deserve it. Thanks for making our night so fun! Kudos to you!

We spent a day shopping at this mall and had lunch at this restaurant. The food was exactly what we expected, and the service was excellent. While the seating area can feel a bit limited, it’s understandable given the challenge of accommodating a family of six. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a convenient choice during our visit to the mall.

I recently visited Chili's and had an overall decent experience, but there were a few things that could have been better. First, the service was a bit lacking; our server didn't check on us very often, which made the meal feel a bit rushed. The chips we were served were also soggy, which was disappointing. However, the rest of the food was quite good – everything was flavorful and cooked well. Overall, not a bad experience, but there are definitely areas where they could improve.

Don’t recommend this location at all. Unhelpful staff and management. Got charged for extra meals (~$35)and to compensate for that they handed me 4 $5 gift card that don’t activate till 8 hours later, then didn’t help us again. Had to pay the extra amount.

Fast service from a waiter with personality. He made it even more fun. We had a large group, and he communicated well. The food came out hot and delicious 😋.

Parking: Far from the mall entrance so a bit of a walk for those in our party who used walkers or canes.

Mit dem Essen und dem Service war ich zufrieden. Vorsicht bei den Spielen auf dem Tablet auf dem Tisch. Es werden direkt über 2 Dollar abgezogen, wenn man ein Spiel macht. Man wird vorher nicht gefragt. Man kann am Tablet auch bezahlen. Mir wurden 2. Rechnungen angezeigt. 1. Rechnung mit allem und auf der 2. war wieder das Bier verrechnet.
