Evan is the best server in all of DFW metroplex TX. Please give this man a raise promotion!! Not only did he give us the best service there but he saved a forgotten water bottle that we went back for and he set aside safely. Thank you Evan!! Hope to sit at your table again.

They hire some of the best waiters.

I sat at the small to avoid the 35 minutes wait for a table. The bartender was busy but she provided great attentive service.

I haven't been to Chili's in a loooong time and got a reminder why now again. Came for the cheese pull , never got it , just warm breaded sauce soaked bricks of cheese , order the double rancher with chicken tenders , rice and Mac n cheese. Didn't want pickles or onions , as you see still got em . Mac was gritty and chunky , like if y'all tasted anything before serving you'd know this was not good , the rice was dry and crunchy , like I didn't know that was the standard for rice now???
The chicken was hot and juicy didn't need any sauce , the waitresses were nice and somewhat knowledgeable. I don't know if it's the location or just chilis in general but I paid way to much to get way too little . Definitely will never step foot in one again . This was not as bad as past experiences but I just can't stand the thought of wasting hard earned money like this !!!!

The attention tobget people waiting is horrible . I counted 10 open tables and still two parties had to wait 10 min for them to react . One couple arrived without wait and were seated before we did . The manager need to do her job and train the staff . The waiter dont pay attention either . Brong the wrong drink too. Wake up.

We had the surf and turf, first the portion side is big, food was delicious, server was supper amazing. Stop by while waiting for our connection flight.Certainly will come back.

Wouldn’t let me substitute the sides on the fajitas for sides that fit my dietary needs, it’s understandable, but Courtney was really standoffish and rude. It felt like he was looking to escalate the situation and even when I said it was ok and tried to pick something else he continued to get more frustrated.

​The team at Chili's gave us an awesome experience! Our hostess was very friendly and seated us quickly. Our server was great and made sure we had everything we needed, and the manager even stopped by our table to check on us. We'll definitely be back
