Where to start. Let's start by saying I have visited a lot of Chili's and have always had a good visit based on my expectations.With that said, this Chili's now ranks as the worst Chili's visit I've ever had. This was our first visit to this location around 430-5pm on a Saturday. There was about a 20-minute wait, no big deal. I just waited patiently until 30..35 minutes passed, and the lady asked our name again and saw they skipped us and forgot to send us a text. Again, no big deal, we were in no hurry. Sat down ordered our drinks and appetizers. Apps took quite some time. When we finally received the apps, our meals showed up literally 1 or 2 minutes later. The app had the wrong sauce, which they replaced. The meals were delivered, but we had to wait for silverware. The burgers are supposed to be cooked medium well according to menu and waiter, which would have been great if ours didn't come out medium rare. They did recook the burger, but by the time it came back out, my wife had to take it to go because we were done eating. Now, maybe they were just having a bad day, but for that many mistakes. We will continue to frequent Chili's, just not this location.

Got in and wait staff dropped drink on me. They came out with towels and i recommended the mop. Would be faster. Water made remark i called him ojt on and other staff finished with oir order

They seem understaffed. It wasn’t too busy but waited for some mediocre margaritas. Food was alright. The quality has gone down through the years and it’s been here for a long time.

My boyfriend came here today to get boneless buffalo wings and not even 5 min into eating them. He barley makes it to the restroom to throw up. They need to do some serious reevaluation because that's crazy. He literally never even wants to have boneless wings again ?

Wish I could rate this place higher than 5 stars! My family chose to eat here for dinner last night when my Dad needed emergency medical attention. Ms. Heather Underwood & The Whole Chili's team came to our rescue & saved Dad's life! Thank you for going far above & beyond!

When I first got there I was told it was a wait list & the wait time would be 30 mins. They told me I would receive a text letting me know when a table would be available. Waited 30 mins seen multiple people get seated. Never received a text letting me know a table was ready waited over 30 mins. I had to go back & ask if a table was available. The food was okay could have been cooked a bit longer. Had multiple servers so didn’t know who my main server was. Upon getting seated I asked if I could switch from the table to the booth since it was empty. Guest waitress had an attitude!03/14/246-7pm

This is honestly one of the best Chilis I’ve been to! We went here bc where we wanted was full, but it was a wonderful accident! Our server Trisha was fantastic, the host girl was so kind, and the service was great. Wonderful time.

This restaurant is located in the Grapevine Mills shopping mall food court. There aren't as many restaurants as you might expect compared to the size of the shopping mall, so I don't think there's anything like this. The chicken was pretty good and the mac and cheese was also delicious.

My family and I were finished shopping and decided to have lunch at Chilis in Grapevine mills mall. We approached the hostess stand to be seated and the hostess w long dark braids (there was 2 hostesses) looked at me in a dissatisfied angry look. My entire conversation with her was so unpleasant and unprofessional.I tried to make light of this situation but she continued to be very short and rude towards me. What is going on with customers service these days?? I used to be a Food and Beverage Manager in the hotel industry and if I ever acted the way she did I would have been fired! We canceled our reservation and went to Apple Bee’s across the street and had a very positive experience. Are you guys aware of her attitude and the way she is representing your restaurant? She was short w other patrons as well.Is there a direct number to speak to management?
