Great time !

This is the ONLY location we come to in the DFW. We live 30 minutes away and there’s actually a location closer to us but we prefer the Grapevine location! It’s clean and the pizza is amazing 🤩

Overpaid for a party that was unorganized. Hostess didn’t help much and it took us 40 minutes to get food and drinks.

Super disappointed. My daughter and I hit a couple of jackpots that used to be valued at like 150-300 tickets. Now they are about 30 tickets max. Some even had a jackpot of 20 tickets. So I went to see if the prices of the prizes had went down but they are still at 3,000 for big ones and $150 for small medium prizes. Lol you would have to play for at least 5 hours straight to go home with anything other than candy 🤣 🤣 🤣. It won't be long before chuck e. Cheese closes all locations.

very bad customer service . i am coming to this location for 10 years and have a monthly membership. today as soon as i got 100 points play pass my daughter lost card at her first play . i went to front to ask if they can do anything or announce it or try to lock card. they forced me to buy another card coz lady didn’t provide me receipt for first transaction and they can not do anything about it. they are ripping you off.

Nice place… but please invest money in food… the quality of the pizza was outrageous…

Good place for kids bday party

This Chuck E Cheese is nasty. There is mildew on the ice machine. I told a worker and she said she let her manager know. I was there for 2 hours and they never cleaned it.

Everyone but the manager was great. When we first got to the restaurant she was yelling at an older Hispanic lady telling her I don’t even know what you’re doing here. Our pizza had to be brought your to us because our buzzer wasn’t working. The young guy who helped with that was great. There was a young blonde girl at the check out who was also great when I purchased more points. After waiting for almost 20-30 minutes for someone to help us at the prize check out I finally walked up to the manager and asked her if someone could help us out because we had been waiting for a while and she RUDELY told me when she can. I told her I didn’t need an attitude just help and she continues to talk under her breath. She finally called another girl from The back to help us and that young girl was great. Walking out the manager was still trying to antagonize me. Maybe try sending your managers to better trainings where they learn how to treat yalls costumers no matter how much younger they are than them!

We purchased the Silver fun pass that comes with 100 points each visit. It was set to expire on the 24th of this month. Apparently even though the fun pass is still valid for another day, the points have disappeared and the manager Annette, at this location doesn't know why and can't do anything but wait for customer service to get back to her. Well, naturally, a person wouldn't want to wait an extended time to get a response while their kids get to watch everyone else play but them because they decide to erase points the 2 days before the pass expires. This is not my first issue I've had since purchasing the fun pass. There is absolutely no chance we'll be renewing considering most of the managers aren't able to do much to help at any time. I'll be getting my kids aquarium and arcade passes instead. Ridiculous!

You know this is the perfect place for any child 10 and younger that loves a quick video game and it’s great when you buy the fun by minutes so you know how long you’ll be there for two hours an hour you choose your timeframe
