We purchased the Silver fun pass that comes with 100 points each visit. It was set to expire on the 24th of this month. Apparently even though the fun pass is still valid for another day, the points have disappeared and the manager Annette, at this location doesn't know why and can't do anything but wait for customer service to get back to her. Well, naturally, a person wouldn't want to wait an extended time to get a response while their kids get to watch everyone else play but them because they decide to erase points the 2 days before the pass expires. This is not my first issue I've had since purchasing the fun pass. There is absolutely no chance we'll be renewing considering most of the managers aren't able to do much to help at any time. I'll be getting my kids aquarium and arcade passes instead. Ridiculous!

You know this is the perfect place for any child 10 and younger that loves a quick video game and it’s great when you buy the fun by minutes so you know how long you’ll be there for two hours an hour you choose your timeframe

Terrible Service!! I recently hosted my child’s birthday party at Chuck E Cheese on a weekday, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly frustrating. Despite the promise of a dedicated party host, we barely saw him after he showed us to our table. He told us to reach out if we needed anything, but he was difficult to find throughout the event.

Every time we needed something, whether it was play cards, ordering pizzas, paper plates, or spoons, I had to wait at the pickup counter just hoping to find him. When he wasn’t there, I had to go all the way to the front desk and wait in line behind everyone, even for something as basic as extra plates. It was ridiculous to have to keep asking for items that should have been prepared in advance based on the number of guests I provided. Instead of enjoying the party, I was running around managing logistics, something that should have been taken care of by the host and staff. He didn’t even provide any information about what was included in our package, such as how to use the Ticket Blaster or details about the collectible tote bag and other items.

Another major letdown was the performance of the Chuck E Cheese character — one of the main reasons my daughter was excited to celebrate her birthday at your venue. Unfortunately, the character barely moved, made minimal effort with gestures, and didn’t show the energy or enthusiasm expected to entertain a group of children. It felt like the appearance was done just to fulfill a requirement, rather than to genuinely engage the kids.

Although we appreciated that the character stayed for photos with the kids, the overall performance was disappointing, even our guests remarked on how unenthusiastic and lackluster it felt.

This was not the hassle-free celebration I was expecting. The lack of preparation, service, and attention truly ruined what should have been a joyful day for our family. I hope Chuck E Cheese seriously reconsiders how they train and assign their birthday hosts. I truly regret choosing to host our party at Chuck E Cheese.

Chuck E. Cheese is a fantastic spot for younger kids to enjoy games, rides and fun activities in a lively, safe environment. While it may not appeal as much to kids over 10, it’s an ideal venue for birthday parties, family outings, or just a fun day out with little ones. The atmosphere is playful and there’s plenty to keep younger children entertained for hours.

Very clean which is much appreciated for a restaurant that caters to children! There were a couple birthday parties going on while we were there and everyone seemed to be having a great time. We were just killing a little time before an appointment. Always lots of fun at CEC!

Grapevine is the perfect location to bring your family and friends. We drive 3.5 hours just to come to this location. I recommend Grapevine to all my family and friends who live in the metroplex area. The staff is amazing and almost makes you feel welcome. Thank you to ALL the staff that makes our visit so memorable.

I’ve been throwing birthday parties for my children at Chuck E Cheese for years and never had a negative experience until recently for my child’s second birthday on Sunday 05/18. I booked the 3 weeks in advance for my sons 2nd birthday and from start it was an iffy experience but none the less I thought it’s Sunday it’s busy no harm no foul.
My party server Saniya was fantastic she was super attentive and accommodating, as the party was coming to a close she let us know that she was at the end of her shift and if we needed anything her counterpart would be assisting and that she let him know the pitchers we had were still
being used. Moments later Jaiden G approached our table with an already dismissive posture and attitude and stated “Since your party is now over is there anything else y’all need?” Now the question was not the issues however his tone and body language is what raised concerns. I stated no we were okay and that we were moving from the party area to the general area and our party host stated we could finish our pitchers of juice there. Again Jaiden proceeds to tell myself and my mother with a very disrespectful and dismissive tone “You only paid for two hours and these pitchers were only booked for two hours so you can use the drink station” at this point because I watched how he spoke to other parties and he was super pleasant I wasn’t understanding why that changed when it came to us outside of the fact he was discriminating against us and felt like he can speak to us any kind of way because we’re AA. My mother then asked if we can just refill the refillable cups and he could take the pitchers back he then snatched the pitchers and pointed to the fountain drink area and smirked and stated “you can refill over there” I immediately asked for a manager and she honestly was no better. Ricci(the manager)came and allowed us to refill the drinks but then turn right around and had an open forum with herself and other employees on the floor about the situation continuously pointing at us as if us asking for just common courtesy and respect was an issue, just for another employee at the front to give my mother a hard time about the socks needed for the trampoline that I purchased separately and when confronted about the continued disrespect towards my mother it’s a “misunderstanding”. I have left a message for Corporate and will go in great detail about my experience with Jaiden and Ricci.

It's sad when the ONLY positive is the pizza! We usually book our grandchildren's birthday party's in advance, but this year didn't work out that way. Great Grandpa couldn't make it when we initially planned, so last minute reschedule to this weekend so he could be there.

Now, there are TEN long tables up front, with only THREE reserved for birthday parties. The young lady that took our pizza and play card orders said it would be ok for us to use one of the open/unused tables, since we have 14 in our group. It was easily a $400 day, but even so, when we got settled, we were advised, no matter how much money we spent, we couldn't set upfront, no matter that there were SEVEN open tables, and the entire 3+ hrs we were there, no more were set up.

So we had to divide the 14 of us in the back in the small booths, away from the very reason why we even bother coming to Chuck E Cheese ... Chuck!! So I guess this is our LAST time spending any money at CEC... We have 4 grands who loved CEC and enjoyed their birthdays there.

Guess from now on, we'll be taking their birthday parties to Main Event or Alley Cats!! That's fine, us adults can then have more fun with the littles.

Manager is unprofessional and discriminatory behavior.

During our visit, I was issued a card that turned out to be invalid and did not work. When I approached the same staff member to report the issue, she immediately began arguing with me, accusing me of lying. Despite calmly explaining that the card she issued was not functioning, she was dismissive and confrontational.

What was most disturbing, however, was the manner in which she handled the situation afterward. She threw a replacement card at us and claimed she was giving it “for free” — even though I had paid for it. Her tone and behavior were not only rude but also carried an undertone of discrimination that made me and my children feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected.

You are NOT doing any free service, we are paying money , first learn to treat customer good .

My children were visibly upset and saddened by the experience. A visit meant to be joyful and fun turned into a distressing memory due to this employee’s actions.

I expect Chuck E. Cheese to uphold a standard of respect, inclusivity, and professionalism for all its guests. This kind of behavior, especially in front of children, is unacceptable and warrants immediate attention. I urge you to investigate this incident thoroughly, take appropriate action, and ensure staff are trained to treat all customers with fairness.

We will never visit this center again and not recommend.

The manager is a very bitter, rude and unprofessional person. For a kid friendly place the owner should second guess having someone like her as manager. The Duncanville location is 10 times nicer than this one.

Disappointed - we came in at 8 and were told kitchen closes one hour before closing. Would be nice if this was displayed online or somewhere prior to us coming.
