Cute little tea place inside an antique shop. Very delicious food. We went today with our one year old and had a great time. The hostess said it was her first day and she was attending many tables and was very very nice and attentive. We are from Nepal and have been to Darjeeling, So we tried the Darjeeling tea. It was really good. This place is a hidden gem in Downtown Grapevine!!!

We hosted my sister-in-law’s bridal shower at this tea room, and it was a wonderful experience! The service was excellent, the presentation was beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious. Communication was smooth throughout the planning process. Highly recommend for any special occasion or a brunch with the girls.

Absolutely loved here, affordable and delicious. I also love it’s inside an antique shop.
I only have 2 critiques, I wish the tea came with milk and sugar cubes.

You got to stop by and try lunch. Then go to booth 1013, directly behind the cafe.

We had our baby shower here and it was great!

I love this tea room! My mom and I have gone there a few times together to have tea and lunch. The employees are always very nice and friendly! Great tea and food! The loose leaf hot teas are always great and is served with tea cups and saucers from the antique mall!

Coco's is a Wonderful Tea Room inside a Fabulous Antique Mall! Delicious Chicken Salad and Tomato Basil Soup. I enjoy this special treat with my girlfriends every time I can visit Grapevine.

Everything was lovely. I got the duchess high tea and all of the food was delicious! The tea was also really good. The proportions were excellent and the price was great for the quality and service delivered. I will probably be back next week or when it gets chilly outside so I can have a nice hot cup of tea.

We booked high tea here. They have a nice diverse tea menu, and wonderful food. Nothing was dry, and the scones are actual English style scones with cream and jam, rather than super sweet American style scones. Everything was lovely, and it was really nice to not have to worry about dietary restrictions for once, as they took that into account in the booking. Will absolutely be returning here again. ?

The High Tea was excellent, freshly made and served by a pleasant, attentive waiter. Perfect portions for a single diner. Delicious finger sandwiches, tasty scones and muffins, and beautifully decorated light, sweet pastries. Deliciously brewed loose tea in a pretty pot. Excellent price for afternoon Tea. Will definitely come back again. Well done!
