One of my Go To comfort food places while traveling as I know I will get a good meal. Have been eating at Cracker Barrel locations since 1977 and have purchased items in the store from clothing to snacks to gifts.

The food is always excellent. Service at a table is typically very good. Just don't use the curbside pick up! I've tried it several times, checked in and still had to go inside and get my food because no one ever came out with it.

Great Service! Always enjoy CB.
However two things. My wife and I arrived 15 min ahead of our party of 6 total but policy kept us from being seated till everyone arrived. Jeeez. Really wanted a cup of coffee
“Nope…you have to wait.”
Second.. would the cooks PLEASE learn how to make grits. Grits are not a soup!!!

Worst breakfast I have ever had. Eggs raw, sausage burnt , coffee filled one time. Took 20 minutes to get food. Not going back!

The food was ok and what we expect from Cracker Barrel. They were very short handed on 3/14/25 around noon, however our server Tiffany was simply devine. She was very attentive from the time we sat down. Even though it took a while to get our food she never failed to check on us and keep us updated about our order. We noticed she was the same with all her tables and always moved with a since of urgency. Tiffany made this visit extremely pleasurable!!!

I work near this location and every so often I order breakfast and get it delivered through uber eats. EVERY single time something is missing or messed up. I have never received a correct order and it is not uber eats fault it’s the restaurant. Who doesn’t give syrup with pancakes? Who forgets to give a whole side item ordered? Who doesn’t give a side of apple butter when I pay .60 for it. This restaurant. Please don’t go here unless you are dining in because they don’t seem to care about anything.

Went in for lunch today. I have an hour for lunch. Took 5 minutes to get there. Stood at the podium for 5-7 minutes to get seated. Took another 10 minutes just to get our drink order, and we ordered food at the same time. Took 40 minutes to get our food, and at THAT point, not 30 minutes earlier, they told me that they were out of turnip greens. What Cracker Barrel runs out of turnip greens? So I told them give me green beans. Took another 10 minutes after that before we got our food, but by that time, we needed to go because we were already late clocking back in for lunch. Got the food to go, didn't have time to eat it for lunch. Country fried steak sucks reheated, and the brown gravy from the mashed potatoes ended up on the country fried steak anyway, so it is soggy. I should have left after it took so long to get a dang drink. We'd eaten at Fuzzy's the last 2 days. Should have just gone back to there.

It was a curbside pickup order , it took more than 20 mins from check in to get our order delivered and on top of that the order was short 3 pancakes. We had placed the order ~20 mins before arrival .

Horrible experience at this location.

90 minutes of the worst cracker barrel experience I've ever encountered.

It started out pleasant enough. Our server, Sandy, was nice, the roaring fire was warm, but that's about where the positives stopped.

We sat down with the dining room maybe 10% filled.

We ordered right away and waited....and waited.... And waited. Sandy assured us several times that it was on the way. A table next to us sat down, ordered similar items, got their food and left before we had seen an item.

Fortunately, we had some biscuits to tide us over, but after 20 minutes, it gets old.

The manager came out and apologized and said that our food order never made it to the kitchen. We were confused what our server was doing then when she said it "was coming" several times.

Finally got our orders. Unfortunately, my medium rare steak was medium well and full of gristle.

The frier wasn't working, so no fries.

In the end, we expected some kind of comp to make up for the unpleasant experience....and nothing.

Relayed the experience again to the cashier when they asked and the response was "tough luck".

Very disappointed in this location. Stay away!

They need to hire more workers. Our 10 minutes for a table was a 30 minute wait and we did not get seated. With a backed up wait at 3pm on a Saturday and no indoor seating to wait it was a miserable shuffle around a gift shop until I walked out.

Wow what a terrible Cracker Barrel! Waited for an hour and a half for our food to come out incorrectly, our server Madyson has no business being in the food industry, the manager did come to our table to try to make it right, first off don’t touch me or my chair! Last time I’ll visit this Cracker Barrel for sure

My family and I frequent Cracker Barrel. This was the worse experience I have ever had at a Cracker Barrel or any other restaurant. The waiter was great but that’s where the good things end. My daughter and O ordered our food and was told that the steak bites were still frozen so we said we did not want them. The waiter came back and said they had 1 more “batch” of them available so we ordered them. So, the food came out and 1. The biscuits were burnt, hard, and old. Just from looking at them you could see they were not fit to be brought out to customers. I took a bite and it was exactly what I thought. 2. The Cajun shrimp dish my daughter had just tasted fishy (her opinion) and she only took 1 bite. We were prepared to just send it back but then my plate was terrible too. The chicken fried steak was old, the hash brown casserole looked burnt on the top and like it had been reheated several times. The fried okra looked like it may have been fried. At lunch time and it was about 3:30. It was soggy and not fresh. We literally took 1 bite out of everything. We asked for out waiter because he disappeared to somewhere. We told him our concerns and he sent us the manager. I informed him we would pay for the steak bites and our drinks because that was the only thing we ate. He fixed the ticket. We did also leave a tip for the waiter because he did not cook the terrible food. I could not believe how bad it was. Also… the kitchen should know that customers can here what’s going on back there…..

This review is solely based on the lack of service. After flying all day my family of 4 went to eat. They said a 20 minute wait for a table which was no big deal. We shopped around as we waited. Finally we were sat at a table that was so close to 2 other tables I asked the hostess if we could be sat at another table near by which she said no. Our chairs were touching the others tables chairs it was tight and uncomfortable. We had a 6 year old child with us who had been traveling all day at this time it was about 7:30pm. Our waiter finally came and got us drinks. Then we waited even longer for him to take our order. It ended up being over an hour waiting for food mind you they were not by any means full in this restaurant. It was close to 9pm and still no food. Our 6 year old was extremely hungry and tired. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else to eat the staff didn’t even seem to care that a whole table had just walked and didn’t offer any assistance. It’s disappointing as we have a great experience at our home towns location however this location needs some serious work within their customer service
